ይህ አገራዊና ዓለም አቀፋዊ ትኩረት ሊሰጠው የቻለው በየዓመቱ የሚታሰበውን ዓለም አቀፍ የባለሙያዎችና የህዝብ ንቅናቄ መድረክን ተከትሎ ነው።

የመድኃኒት መቋቋም የሚባለው ክስተት ባክቴሪያዎች፣ ፈንገሶች፣ ቫይረሶችና መሰል ጥቃቅን ተህዋሲያን እነሱን ለማጥፋት የሚታዘዙ መድኃኒቶችን የመላመድና የመቋቋም አቅም ሲያዳብሩ የሚፈጠር የጤና እክል ነው።

ይህ ሁኔታ ቀደም ሲል በቀላሉ መፈወስ የሚችሉ የጤና ችግሮችን ውስብስብ ከማድረጉም በላይ ለተጨማሪ የሕክምና ወጪና ለከፋ የህይወት መጥፋት አደጋ የሚያጋልጥ መሆኑ ይነገራል።

ችግሩ በዓለም አቀፍ ደረጃ በከፍተኛ ፍጥነት እየተስፋፋ ቢገኝም አሁንም ድረስ ከብዙሃኑ ህብረተሰብ ተገቢውን ትኩረት አላገኘም።

በተለይም አንቲባዮቲክስ ወይም የፀረ-ባክቴሪያ መድኃኒቶችን ያለ ሐኪም ትዕዛዝ በራስ ፍቃድ መውሰድ፣ የተጀመረን የሕክምና ጊዜ አጠናቆ አለመጨረስና መድኃኒቶችን ያለአግባብ መጠቀም ለችግሩ መባባስ ዋነኛ መንስኤዎች ሆነዋል።

የዘርፉ ባለሙያዎች ይህንን የጤና ስጋት ዝምተኛው ወይም ቀዝቃዛው ሱናሚ ሲሉ ይጠሩታል።

እንደ ድንገተኛ ወረርሽኝ በአንድ ጊዜ ህዝብን ባያጠቃም በሂደት ግን በዝግታ እየተስፋፋ የዘመናዊ ሕክምና ስኬቶችንና መሠረቶችን ትልቅ አደጋ ላይ እየጣለ ይገኛል።

ስለሆነም መድኃኒቶችን በከፍተኛ ኃላፊነት መጠቀም፣ የሕክምና ባለሙያዎችን ምክር በአግባቡ መተግበርና ህብረተሰቡን ማስተማር የሁሉንም አካላት ርብርብ ይጠይቃል።

#fastmereja :- የጸረ-ተህዋሲያን መድኃኒቶች በጀርሞች መላመድን (AMR) ለመከላከል አስቸኳይና የተቀናጀ እርምጃ የማይወሰድ ከሆነ፣ እ.ኤ.አ በ2050 በዓለም አቀፍ ደረጃ በየዓመቱ የሚሞቱ ሰዎች ቁጥር ወደ 10 ሚሊዮን ሊያሽቆለቁል እንደሚችል የኢትዮጵያ ምግብና መድኃኒት ባለስልጣን አስታወቀ።

ባለሥልጣን መሥሪያ ቤቱ ይህንን ያስታወቀው፤ «የፀረ-ተህዋሲያን መድኃኒቶች በጀርሞች መለመድን ለመከላከል የተቀናጀ እርምጃ፡ የአንድ ጤናን በግንዛቤ እና በትምህርት ማሳደግ» በሚል መሪ ቃል፣ በአገር አቀፍ ደረጃ ለ14ኛ ጊዜ በዓለም አቀፍ ደረጃ ደግሞ ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ የሚከበረውን የግንዛቤ ማስጨበጫ ቀንን አስመልክቶ በሰጠው ጋዜጣዊ መግለጫ ነው።

የጀርሞች መድኃኒት መላመድ (AMR) ማለት በሰውም ሆነ በእንስሳት ላይ ለሚከሰቱ ተላላፊ በሽታዎች ማከሚያ የምንወስዳቸው የፀረ-ተህዋሲያን መድኃኒቶች (ለምሳሌ፦ አንቲባዮቲክስ፣ የቲቢ፣ የኤች.አይ.ቪ ወይም የወባ መድኃኒቶች) በሽታ አምጪ ጀርሞችን መግደል ወይም መቆጣጠር ሳይችሉ ሲቀሩ ሲሆን ጀርሞቹ መድኃኒቱን የመቋቋም አቅም ስለሚያገኟቸው በሰውነት ውስጥ ተከማችተው በመኖርና በመራባት ሕመሙ በቀላሉ እንዳይድን እንደሚያደርጉት አስታውቋል።

ባለሥልጣን መሥሪያ ቤቱ በሰጠው መግለጫ፤ ችግሩ በአሁኑ ወቅት ከጊዜ ወደ ጊዜ እየጨመረ መምጣቱንና በሰው፣ በእንስሳትና በአካባቢ ጤና እንዲሁም በሀገር ኢኮኖሚ ላይ ከፍተኛ ቀውስ እያስከተለ እንደሚገኝ ጠቅሷል።

በአሁኑ ወቅት በየዓመቱ ከ750,000 በላይ ሰዎች በዚህ ምክንያት ህይወታቸውን እንደሚያጡና ወደፊት ሊደርስ የሚችለውን የሰው ህይወት መጥፋት ከመከላከል ባሻገር፣ በዓለም ኢኮኖሚ ላይ ሊደርስ የሚችለውን የ10 ትሪሊዮን ዶላር ከፍተኛ ኪሳራ (ከ2-3% የኢኮኖሚ ቅናሽ) ለመታደግ አስቸኳይ እርምጃ እንደሚያስፈልግ ግምቶች ማሳየታቸውን ባለሥልጣኑ ገልጿል።

በተለይም እንደ ኢትዮጵያ ባሉ በቂ የሕክምና ተቋማት፣ የንጹህ ውሃ አቅርቦት እጥረት ባለባቸውና ውስን ሀብት ባላቸው ታዳጊ አገራት ላይ የችግሩ አሳሳቢነት ይበልጥ ጎልቶ እንደሚታይም ተመልክቷል።

ይህንን ድምፅ አልባ ወረርሽኝ ለመከላከል ህብረተሰቡ መድኃኒቶችን በባለሙያ ትዕዛዝ ብቻ መውሰድና የግል ንጽህናውን መጠበቅ እንዳለበት ያሳሰበው ባለሥልጣን መሥሪያ ቤቱ፤ ችግሩን መከላከል ለአንድ አካል ብቻ የሚተው ባለመሆኑ መላው ህብረተሰብ፣ የሃይማኖት መሪዎች፣ የጤና ባለሙያዎችና መገናኛ ብዙኃን በጋራ ሊረባረቡ እንደሚገባ ጥሪ አቅርቧል።

ዕለቱም በመጪው ሰኔ 8 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም (June 15, 2026) በልዩ ልዩ የግንዛቤ ማስጨበጫ ዝግጅቶች በአገር አቀፍ ደረጃ እንደሚከበር ታውቋል።

🔹 የF-16 አመጣጥ እና ስሪት
F-16 በመጀመሪያ የተሰራው በአሜሪካው ሎክሂድ ማርቲን (Lockheed Martin) ኩባንያ ነው። መጀመሪያ ላይ ለቀላል የአየር ላይ ውጊያ (Dogfighting) ታስቦ የተሰራ ቢሆንም፣ አሁን ላይ ግን ለማንኛውም ዓይነት ተልዕኮ (Multi-role) የሚበቃ ብቃት ያለው ድንቅ ጀት ሆኗል።

🔹 የማጥቃት ብቃቱ (Combat Capability)

F-16 ሁለገብ የሚባለው ያለምክንያት አይደለም እነዚህን ገዳይ ችሎታዎች የታጠቀ ነው፡

* የአየር ላይ ውጊያ (Air-to-Air): እጅግ ዘመናዊ የሆኑ እንደ AIM-120 AMRAAM ያሉ ሚሳኤሎችን በመጠቀም የጠላት ጀትን ሳያዩት ከሩቅ የመምታት አቅም አለው።

* የምድር ጥቃት (Air-to-Ground): በሌዘር የሚመሩ ቦምቦችን እና ሚሳኤሎችን በመሸከም የጠላትን ምሽግ፣ ታንክ እና ራዳር በከፍተኛ ትክክለኛነት ያወድማል።

* ኤሌክትሮኒክ ውጊያ: የጠላትን ራዳር የማታለል እና የመርበሽ (Jamming) የቴክኖሎጂ የበላይነት አለው።

🔹 ልዩ የሚያደርጉት ቴክኒካዊ ብቃቶች

* ፍጥነት እና ቁመት፦ ከድምፅ ፍጥነት ሁለት እጥፍ በላይ (Mach 2.0) መብረር ይችላል። እስከ 50,000 ጫማ ከፍታ ላይ ሆኖ የመዋጋት አቅም አለው።

* ተለዋዋጭነት (Maneuverability): በጠባብ ቅፅበት ውስጥ የመታጠፍ እና የመገልበጥ ብቃቱ ተወዳዳሪ የለውም። ይህ ለቅርብ ርቀት ውጊያ እጅግ አስፈላጊ ነው።

* የአብራሪው እይታ፦ የF-16 የመስታወት ክዳን (Canopy) 360 ዲግሪ እይታን ለአብራሪው ይሰጣል። ይህም በውጊያ ወቅት ጠላትን ለመቆጣጠር ይረዳል።

ማኅበሩ ለቀድሞው ባልደረባው አቶ ሆነልኝ ፈንታው ቤተሰቦች የ5ሺህ የስዊዝ ፍራንክ የገንዘብ ድጋፍ አደረገ

የገንዘብ ድጋፉ በዓለም አቀፉ ፌዴሬሽን ሬድ ፈንድ(Red Fund) በተባለው የገንዘብ ድጋፍ ማሰባሰቢያ አማካይነት የተሰበሰበ ሲሆን፤ በማኀበሩ ምክትል ዋና ፀሀፊና ቺፍ ኦፍ ስታፍ አቶ ቴዎድሮስ አላምረው አማካይነት ለአቶ ሆነልኝ ቤተሰቦች የተደረገ ሲሆን፤አቶ ቴዎድሮስ ከፌዴሬሽኑ ዋና ፀሐፊ ኬት ፎርብስ እና ከፕሬዘዳንቱ ጃጋን ቻፓጌይን የተላከ የማፅናኛ መልዕክት ለቤተሰቡ አድርሰዋል፡፡

በማኅበሩ የአማራ ክልል ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤት ቦርድ ምክትል ሰብሳቢ ዶ/ር ፍቅረ ሰላም ጋረድ በጉብኝቱ ወቅት እንዳሉት ፤ የኢትዮጵያ ቀይ መስቀል ማኅበር ለበርካቶች እያደረገ ከሚገኘው ሰብዓዊ ድጋፍ ጎን ለጎን ህይወታቸውን ካጡ የሰብዓዊ አገልግሎት ሰራተኞቹ ቤተሰቦች ጎን ለመቆም ያለውን ቁርጠኝነት ዳግም አረጋግጠዋል፡፡ ዓለም አቀፉ የቀይ መስቀልና ቀይ ጨረቃ ማኅበራት ፌዴሬሽንና የኢትዮጵያ ቀይ መስቀል ማኅበር ላላቸው መደጋገፍና አጋርነትም ያላቸውን አድናቆት ገልፀዋል፡፡
በማኅበሩ የአማራ ክልል ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤት ኃላፊ አቶ ሻምበል ዋለ እና የቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤቱ የቦርድ አባላት፤ የሟች ቤተሰብን ለማጽናናት እና ድጋፋቸውን ለማሳየት በጉብኝቱ ላይ ተገኝተዋል፡፡

የሟች አቶ ሆነልኝ ፈንታው ባለቤት ወ/ሮ እንዬ የማኅበሩና የፌዴሬሽኑ አመራሮች ላደረጉላቸው መጽናናትና የገንዘብ ድጋፍ ልባዊ ምስጋናቸውን ገልፀዋል፡፡ይህ የገንዘብ ድጋፉ በነሐሴ 2017 ዓ.ም የማኅበሩ ፕሬዘዳንት አቶ አበራ ቶላ አሳዛኙ ክስተት እንደተከሰተ ቤተሰቡን በጎበኙበት ወቅት ያሳዩት ቁርጠኝነት ተግባራዊ ማሳያ ነው ፡፡

ERCS Delivers 5,000 CHF Financial Support to the Family of Late Staff Member Honelign Fentaw

The Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS), with support from the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), has provided 5,000 CHF (approximately 924,000 Birr) in financial assistance to the family of the late Honelign Fentaw, an ERCS staff member who tragically lost his life in late August following a hostage-related incident around North Gondar.

The financial support was mobilized through the IFRC Red Fund and officially handed over by Deputy Secretary General and Chief of Staff, Ato Tewodros Alamrew, who also delivered messages of condolence and solidarity from IFRC President Kate Forbes and IFRC Secretary General Jagan Chapagain.

During the visit, the Vice Chair of the Amhara Regional Branch Board, Dr. Fikreselam Gared, reaffirmed ERCS’s strong commitment to standing with the families of humanitarian workers who lose their lives while serving others. He expressed appreciation to the IFRC and ERCS for their continued support and solidarity.

The visit was attended by ERCS’s Amhara Regional Branch Head Ato Shambel Wale and Regional Branch Board members, who joined in expressing sympathy and support to the bereaved family.

The wife of the deceased, W/z Eneye, expressed her heartfelt gratitude to ERCS and the IFRC leadership for the condolence message and the financial support provided.

This assistance fulfills the commitment made earlier by ERCS President Abera Tola during his visit to the family shortly after the tragic incident in August 2025.

ከዚህም በተጨማሪ ለፓኪስታን አየር ሃይል ኤፍ-16 ተዋጊ አውሮፕላኖችን ስቴትስ AN/APR-39C(V)2 ራዳር ማስጠንቀቂያ ተቀባዮች፣ 15 የጋራ ተልዕኮ ዕቅድ ሥርዓቶች፣ እና 17 M197 20ሚሜ ሽጉጥ ሲስተም። 14 ኤፍ-16 የውጊያ አውሮፕላኖች ፣ 59 ወታደራዊ ማሰልጠኛ ጄቶች እና 374 የታጠቁ የጦር መርከቦችን ለፓኪስታን ካስረከቧቸው መሳሪያዎች 200 የአጭር ርቀት AIM-9M Sidewinder ሚሳኤሎችን ከዩናይትድስቴትስ ለመቀበል ተዘጋጅታለች ተብሏል ።
