የአፍሪካን ባህል፣ ታሪክ እና መገለጫዎች በልዩ ሁኔታ በሚያንጸባርቅ ጨርቅ ላይ ተመስርቶ የተዘጋጀው ይህ ውድድር፣ ከኢትዮጵያ የተሳተፉትን ባለሙያዎች ለመለየት ነገ በሚካሄድ የቀጥታ ስርጭት የፋሽን ትዕይንት እና በዳኞች ምዘና አማካኝነት ማጠቃለያውን ያገኛል።

የፕሮጀክቱ አዘጋጅ ሽሪ አቹ ቀደም ሲል በአውስትራሊያ ባቀረበቻቸው የስዕል ስራዎቿ አማካኝነት በርካታ ተመልካቾች አፍሪካን ለመጎብኘት መነሳሳታቸውንና ይህም ትልቅ እርካታ እንደሰጣት ገልጻለች።

ይህንኑ መነሻ በማድረግ ሰዎችን በባህል ማስተሳሰር የሚችለውን የፓን አፍሪካን ጨርቅ ሀሳብ ያመጣች ሲሆን፣ ፕሮጀክቱ ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ ባለፈው ዓመት በካሜሩን ኤምባሲ ውስጥ ይፋ ተደርጓል።

ጨርቁ የሰሜን፣ ምስራቅ፣ ደቡብ እና ምዕራብ አፍሪካን የሚወክሉ የዘጠኝ አገራትን ታሪክና ምልክቶች የያዘ ሲሆን፣ ዋና ዓላማውም አገራቱ ጨርቁን በመጠቀም አስደናቂ ዲዛይኖችን እንዲፈጥሩ እና የአፍሪካን አንድነት እንዲያሳዩ ማስቻል ነው።

የዘንድሮው የመጀመሪያው ውድድር በካሜሩን እና በኢትዮጵያ ብቻ እንዲካሄድ የተወሰነ ሲሆን፣ ሽሪ አቹ በዓለም አቀፍ መገናኛ ብዙሃን ላይ የቀረበውን የኔክስት ፋሽን ዲዛይን ኮሌጅ እንቅስቃሴና የኮሌጁን ዲሬክተር ቃለ-መጠይቅ ከተመለከተች በኋላ ከተቋሙ ጋር አብራ ለመስራት መወሰኗን አስታውቃለች።

በዚሁ መሠረት ለዋናው የብቃት ውድድር ያለፉት የኢትዮጵያ ዲዛይነሮች ናታንሊ አስፋው፣ ያሲሚን ኢብራሂም እና ሜቴ ሀይለማሪያም መሆናቸው ታውቋል።

እነዚህ ሶስት ወጣት ዲዛይነሮች ያዘጋጇቸው አልባሳት ነገ በሚካሄደው የቀጥታ ስርጭት የፋሽን ሾው ላይ በሞዴሎች አማካኝነት ለዕይታ የሚቀርቡ ሲሆን፣ አሸናፊውን ለመለየት ከኢትዮጵያ የሚሰበሰበው የሕዝብ ድምፅ 25 ፐርሰንት ድርሻ ይኖረዋል።

ጠቅላላው የድምፅ አሰጣጥ ሂደት እና የዳኞች ግምገማ ተደምሮ የፊታችን ሰኔ ወር ላይ ውጤቱ በይፋ የሚገለጽ ሲሆን፣ ከአገሪቱ አሸናፊ የሚሆነው ዲዛይነር በመጪው መስከረም 26 ቀን በዋሽንግተን ዲሲ በሚገኘው ታዋቂው የስሚዝሶኒያን ብሔራዊ የአፍሪካ ስነ-ጥበብ ሙዚየም ላይ በሚዘጋጀው ታላቅ የፋሽን ሾው ላይ ኢትዮጵያን ወክሎ የመቅረብ እና ስራዎቹን ለዓለም የማሳየት ሰፊ ዕድል ያገኛል።

​1. መሰናክሎችን የመፍጠር ጥበብ

​መጥፎ ልማድን ለማቆም ምርጡ መንገድ በድርጊቱ እና በእርስዎ መካከል መሰናክል (Friction) መፍጠር ነው። ዌንዲ ዉድ እንደሚሉት፣ "አንድን ነገር ለማድረግ ብዙ ጥረት በጠየቀን ቁጥር፣ ያንን ነገር የማድረግ እድላችን ይቀንሳል።"

​ምሳሌ፦ ስልክዎን ደጋግመው የመመልከት ልማድ ካለብዎት፣ ስልኩን ፊት ለፊቱ እንዲደፋ አድርገው ጠረጴዛ ላይ ያስቀምጡት። ይህ መጠነኛ መሰናክል ትኩረትዎ እንዳይከፋፍል ይረዳል።

​የአመጋገብ ልማድ፦ ጤናማ ያልሆኑ ምግቦችን ከመመገብ ለመቆጠብ፣ እነዚያን ምግቦች በቀላሉ በማይደረስበት ቦታ ወይም ጓዳ ውስጥ ደብቀው ያስቀምጡ።

​2. እንቅፋቶችን ማስወገድ

​ጥሩ ልማድ እንዲኖረን ደግሞ በድርጊቱ ዙሪያ ያሉትን እንቅፋቶች በሙሉ ማጽዳት አለብን። ዌንዲ ዉድ እራሷ የአካል ብቃት እንቅስቃሴ ለማድረግ የምትጠቀመውን ዘዴ እንዲህ ትገልጻለች፦ "ጠዋት ተነስቼ ልብስ የመቀየር ስንፍና እንዳያሸንፈኝ፣ ማታ ስተኛ የስፖርት ልብሴን ለብሼ እተኛለሁ።"

​ይህ "ቀድሞ የመዘጋጀት" ስልት አእምሮ ጠዋት ላይ ውሳኔ እንዳያበዛ ያደርገዋል። ሌላው ትልቅ እንቅፋት ርቀት ነው። በአንድ ጥናት መሰረት፣ ከቤታቸው 6 ኪሎ ሜትር ርቀት ላይ ጂም ያላቸው ሰዎች በወር በአማካይ 5 ጊዜ ሲሄዱ፣ ርቀቱ ወደ 8 ኪሎ ሜትር ሲያድግ ግን በወር አንዴ ብቻ መሄድ ይጀምራሉ። ያቺ የ2 ኪሎ ሜትር ልዩነት ብቻ ፍላጎትን ልታጠፋ ትችላለች።

​3. የሁለት ወራት ህግ እና አውቶማቲክ አእምሮ

​አንድ ተግባር "ልማድ" ሆኗል የሚባለው ያለምንም ማቅማማት እና ትግል ስናከናውነው ነው። ሳይንሳዊ ጥናቶች እንደሚያሳዩት፣ አንድ አዲስ ነገር ወደ ልማድ ለመቀየር በአማካይ ሁለት ወራት አካባቢ ይፈጃል።

​ከቤት የመስራት ፈተና እና የዲሲፕሊን መላላት

​ብዙ ጎበዝ ሰራተኞች ከቤት ሲሰሩ ውጤታማነታቸው ይቀንሳል። ለዚህ ምክንያቱ የቢሮው "መዋቅር" (Structure) መጥፋት ነው። ቢሮ ስንሄድ የምንከተለው ወጥ መንገድ፣ የምንቀመጥበት ቦታ እና በዙሪያችን ያሉ ሰዎች በራሳቸው ስራ ላይ እንድናተኩር የሚገፋፉ "ምልክቶች" (Cues) ናቸው።

​ቤት ውስጥ ግን እነዚህ ምልክቶች የሉም። በምትኩ ትኩረትን የሚሰርቁ እንደ ቴሌቪዥን፣ አልጋ ወይም ማቀዝቀዣ ያሉ "መሰናክሎች" ይበዛሉ። ስለዚህ ስኬታማ ለመሆን ቤትዎ ውስጥ የራስዎን የስራ መዋቅር እና ምልክቶች መፍጠር ግድ ይላል።

​"የራስን ፍላጎት የመካድ ተቃራኒ ውጤት" (Ironic Effect of Self-Denial)

​ዌንዲ ዉድ አንድ አስገራሚ እውነታ ታነሳለች፦ አንድን ነገር "አላደርግም" ብለው በጨከኑ ቁጥር፣ ያ ነገር የበለጠ ያምርዎታል።

​"አንድን ነገር ላለማድረግ በጣርክ ቁጥር፣ የማድረግ ፍላጎትህ ይጨምራል።"

​ይህ በምግብ አመጋገብ (Diet) ላይ በግልጽ ይታያል። ምግብን በከፍተኛ ሁኔታ ለሚከለክሉ ሰዎች አእምሯቸው ስለ ምግብ ብቻ ማሰብ ይጀምራል። እንቅልፍ ለመተኛት በጨከንን ቁጥር እንቅልፍ እንደሚርቀን ሁሉ ማለት ነው። ስለዚህ መፍትሄው "አላደርግም" ብሎ መታገል ሳይሆን፣ ድርጊቱን የሚያስነሳውን አጋጣሚ (Trigger) መቀየር ነው።

​ጤናማ እርጅና እና የረጅም ጊዜ ስኬት

​ልማዶቻችን ዛሬ የምንሰራቸው ስራዎች ብቻ ሳይሆኑ፣ ለወደፊት ጤናችንም መሰረት ናቸው። የዙሪክ ዩኒቨርሲቲ "Healthy Longevity Center" እንደሚጠቁመው፣ ጤናማ ህይወት የሚጀምረው በአስተሳሰብ ለውጥ ነው።

በሀገራችን የፈርኒቸር ቤተ- ውበትና የግንባታ አጨራረስ ዘርፍ ትልቅ ድርሻ ያለው “6ኛው ፊንቴክስ የፈርኒቸር፣ ቤተ- ውበትና የግንባታ አጨራረስ ኤክስፖ” ከጥር 19 እስከ ጥር 22 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ለ 4 ተከታታይ ቀናት በአዲስ ኢንተርናሽናል ኮንቬንሽን ሴንተር እንደሚካሄድ አዘጋጆቹ አስታወቁ።
