የትውልደ ኬንያዊው አሜሪካዊ ተዋናይ የፊልም ህይወት በ2006 በ'ክራንክ' ፊልም ላይ በታክሲ ሹፌርነት የጀመረ ሲሆን፣ በመቀጠልም በ'ሀውስ'፣ 'ሲኤስአይ፡ ማያሚ' እና የመሳሰሉት የቴሌቪዥን ተከታታይ ፊልሞች ላይ ተሳትፏል። 'ሱፐርማን' ለጋቴጊ የመጀመሪያው የሱፐርሂሮ ፊልም አይደለም። ከዚህ ቀደም በ2011 በወጣው 'ኤክስ-ሜን፡ ፈርስት ክላስ' ፊልም ላይ 'ዳርዊን' የተባለውን ማናቸውንም አደጋዎች ተቋቁሞ በህይወት መቆየት የሚችል የ'ማርቨል' ገጸ-ባህሪን ወክሎ ከታዋቂ ተዋንያን ጋር ተጫውቷል።

ጋቴጊ ከ'ኤክስ-ሜን' በፊት በታዋቂው የ'ትዋይላይት' ፊልም ላይ ሎረንት የተባለውን ቫምፓየር ሆኖ በመተወን ይታወቃል። ምንም እንኳን ገጸ-ባህሪው በፊልሙ ላይ ቢገደልም፣ ቫምፓየር ሆኖ የመተወን የረጅም ጊዜ ህልም እንደነበረው ተዋናዩ ይናገራል። ከዚህ በተጨማሪ በታዋቂው የ'ብላክሊስት' ተከታታይ ፊልም ላይ፣ በኢትዮ-ኤርትራ ጦርነት ወቅት የጦር ወንጀል የፈጸመውን እና የሲአይኤ ሰላይ የነበረውን ማቲያስ ሰለሞን የተባለ አደገኛ ገጸ-ባህሪን ወክሎ ከ20 በላይ ክፍሎች ላይ ተሳትፏል።

ተዋናዩ በ2016 በታየው 'ስታርትአፕ' ላይም ሮናልድ ዴሲ በተባለ ዋና ገጸ-ባህሪነት የተጫወተ ሲሆን፣ በአሁኑ ወቅት ደግሞ በአፕል ቲቪ+ (Apple TV+) 'ፎር ኦል ማንካይንድ'በተሰኘው የሳይንስ ልብወለድ ተከታታይ ፊልም ላይ ዴቭ አዬሳ የተባለውን ታዋቂ መሃንዲስ፣ የኩባንያ መስራች እና ነጋዴ ወክሎ በመተወን ላይ ይገኛል። አሁን ደግሞ በ'ሱፐርማን' ፊልም ላይ በሚጫወተው የሚስተር ቴሪፊክ ሚና በድጋሚ የብዙዎችን ትኩረት ወደ ራሱ እየሳበ ይገኛል።

በአማራ ክልል የ2018 የትምህርት ዘመን የ6ኛ ክፍል ክልል አቀፍ ፈተና ውጤት ይፋ ሆኗል።
 
የ6ኛ ክፍል ክልል አቀፍ ፈተና ውጤት በቴክኖሎጅ ታርሞ ይፋ የተደረገ ሲሆን በክልሉ 194374 ተማሪዎች ፈተናውን መውሰዳቸው ይታወቃል። ፈተናውን ከወሰዱት ተማሪዎች መካከልም 165342(85.06%) ተማሪዎች 50% እና በላይ ውጤት አስመዝግበዋል። ይህም ከባለፈው አመት ተመሳሳይ አፈፃፀም ጋር ሲነፃፀር የ3% ብልጫ አሳይቷል።
 
ተማሪዎች በሁለት አማራጮች ውጤታቸውን ማየት የሚችሉ ሲሆን :-
 
➊ በኮምፒውተር ወይም ስልካቸው ባለዉ የድር መፈለጊያ መተግበሪያ ( Web browser Application ) ላይ

2) በመቀጠልም ክፍልዎን ይምረጡ
3) ከዚያም ክልልዎን ይምረጡ

Rural Connectivity: Empowering Communities and Bridging the Digital Divide!

Ethio telecom has successfully completed the first year of its Next Horizon: Digital & Beyond 2028 Strategy, marking significant progress in bridging Ethiopia’s digital divide. At the heart of this strategy is our commitment to inclusive, sustainable and transformative rural connectivity, ensuring that geography, distance and limited access to electricity do not prevent communities from participating in the digital economy.

During the fiscal year, we deployed 195 new rural mobile sites, reaching communities located, on average, 14.3 kilometres from the nearest town and 10.6 kilometres from the nearest existing mobile site. This demonstrates our deliberate focus on connecting Ethiopia’s most remote and underserved areas.

This expansion extended connectivity and digital access to 117 woredas and 492 kebeles and villages, enabling more than 1.53 million people to benefit from reliable communications, digital platforms and inclusive financial services.

To address power limitations in remote areas, we deployed 22 additional Rural Solution sites, specifically designed to serve communities with limited or no access to the national electricity grid. We also significantly expanded our green energy infrastructure, increasing installed solar power capacity from 27 MW to 39.72 MW, an additional 12.72 MW in just one year. This investment strengthens network resilience, reduces dependence on conventional energy sources and advances our environmental sustainability commitments.

Connectivity must also translate into meaningful access to essential services. Through our Rural Agent Project, we onboarded 812 new agents across 17 regions, achieving a 58% active-agent rate and bringing telebirr and other essential digital financial services closer to previously underserved communities. Going forward, we will focus on further improving agent activation, productivity and service availability.

We also advanced the fiberization of rural wireless sites, strengthening network capacity, reliability and service quality while preparing rural communities for growing digital demand.
