“የኢሮብ ሕዝብ”፦ ታሪክ፣ ባህልና የመኖር ትግልን የዳሰሰ መጽሐፍ

መጽሐፉ በግርማይ ተስፋገርጊስ የተዘጋጀ ሲሆን፣ ዋና ዓላማው የኢሮብ ወጣቶችና ቀጣዩ ትውልድ ስለ ቅርሳቸው፣ ስለ ታሪካቸው እና ስለ ባህላቸው በጥልቀት እንዲያስቡና በምርምር እንዲመረምሩ ማነሳሳት መሆኑ በመግቢያው ተገልጿል።
ታሪክን ከትውፊት መለየት

ምሳሌዎች፣ እንቆቅልሾችና ባህላዊ እውቀት
የኢሮብ ሕዝብ ከትውልድ ወደ ትውልድ ያስተላለፋቸው ምሳሌዎችና እንቆቅልሾችም በመጽሐፉ አባሪ ውስጥ ተካተዋል።

የኢሮብ ሕዝብ በሰሜን ምሥራቅ ትግራይ ከኢትዮጵያ–ኤርትራ ድንበር አካባቢ የሚኖር ኢትኖ-ሊንጉስቲክ አናሳ ማኅበረሰብ መሆኑን መጽሐፉ ይገልጻል። በቅርብ ዓመታት በአካባቢው በተከሰቱ ጦርነቶች ማኅበረሰቡ ከባድ ተጽዕኖ እንደደረሰበትም ይዳስሳል።
በመጽሐፉ አቀራረብ መሠረት፣ የኢሮብ ባህላዊና ታሪካዊ መኖሪያ አካባቢ በሁለት ሀገራት መካከል መከፈሉ የማኅበረሰቡን የግዛት ትስስር በመፈታተን ላይ እንደሚገኝ ይተነትናል።
መጽሐፉ በተለይ የኢትዮጵያ–ኤርትራ ድንበር ጦርነትና ውጤቱ በኢሮብ ማኅበረሰብ ላይ ያሳደረውን ተጽዕኖ በማተኮር የማኅበረሰቡን የመኖር ትግል ለማሳየት ይሞክራል።

ደራሲው በመጽሐፉ የኢሮብ ሕዝብ በኢትዮጵያ ታሪክ ውስጥ ያደረገውን አስተዋጽዖ ለማሳየት ሞክሯል።

Introduction
The main purpose of this brief appraisal of Irob society is to inspire the younger generation to engage critically with their heritage. While understanding ancestral history and culture is important, including the appreciation of time-honored legends, it is equally vital to distinguish between folklore and historical facts.
For instance, legends claiming that "King Megdir of Rome and Queen Illeni, daughter of King David of the Israelites" were ancestors of the Irob people require critical evaluation to determine their factual basis.
Similarly, the tale of Gaiysola, who, according to Irob tradition, was raised by a she-deer and nursed on her milk, and other such stories should not be taken as literal history. However, there is nothing wrong with preserving and retelling them as folklore.
Some aspects of this text may appear unconventional or even controversial, especially to those with traditional views. These elements have been included deliberately to stimulate critical thinking and to encourage thoughtful research and reflection, particularly among Irob students and the younger generation. For example, the practice of tracing genealogy from Adam to the present day and accepting it without question may not be entirely rational or reasonable. In essence, this work seeks to inspire the new generation to explore their heritage with discernment and an open mind.

The Irob people traditionally express their feelings, thoughts, and ideas through rhythmic verses known as ador (poems). A selection of these poems, chosen for their thematic relevance to the main text, is included in the appendix. Their purpose is to illustrate the popularity of the book's central figures.
The appendix also contains a small number of additional poems and eulogies that the author deemed significant. It should be noted, however, that the selection was guided primarily by the availability of material to the author, rather than by strict content or artistic criteria.
Similarly, the individuals listed as Nabara were identified through personal referrals. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement, and the list is not intended to be exhaustive. Furthermore, the few photographs and illustrations featured were selected based on their availability at the time of publication.
A collection of proverbs and riddles preserved through generations is included in the appendix to offer a glimpse into the cultural beliefs of the Irob people.
The author did not attempt to translate the poems (the ador and maiqas) but instead included them in their original language to preserve them for future local generations. To aid readability, the Saho texts are presented in both Ethiopic and Latin scripts.

The Irob people are an ethno-linguistic minority group from northeastern Tigray, Ethiopia. Situated on the Ethio-Eritrean border, this community has been uniquely devastated by the recent wars. In addition to suffering the ravages of war, the Irob have witnessed their ancestral lands and community baselessly and unjustly divided between two nations, threatening their territorial integrity and leaving their continuation as a significant ethno-political entity in question.
This book offers a rare look into the history, culture and geopolitical challenges of this little-known, fascinating minority group. It narrates theories about their origin story and details their significant contributions to the Ethiopian state throughout time. Readers will immerse themselves in Irob culture and language through pronunciation guides, photographs, vivid descriptions of cultural practices, and an appendix of poems, proverbs and riddles displaying their rich cultural heritage expressed through storytelling, poetry and oral history. Readers will also come away from this book with a deep insight into the causes and impact of the Ethio-Eritrean border war with a particular focus on how it has pushed this invaluable community to the brink of extinction.
An Irob native currently residing in the United States, the author is a lifelong Ethiopian history enthusiast who has dedicated much of his life to studying the nation’s rich history and exploring its complex political landscape.

Similarly, the tale of Gaiysola, who, according to Irob tradition, was raised by a she-deer and nursed on her milk, and other such stories should not be taken as literal history. However, there is nothing wrong with preserving and retelling them as folklore.
Some aspects of this text may appear unconventional or even controversial, especially to those with traditional views. These elements have been included deliberately to stimulate critical thinking and to encourage thoughtful research and reflection, particularly among Irob students and the younger generation. For example, the practice of tracing genealogy from Adam to the present day and accepting it without question may not be entirely rational or reasonable. In essence, this work seeks to inspire the new generation to explore their heritage with discernment and an open mind.

The Irob people traditionally express their feelings, thoughts, and ideas through rhythmic verses known as ador (poems). A selection of these poems, chosen for their thematic relevance to the main text, is included in the appendix. Their purpose is to illustrate the popularity of the book's central figures.
The appendix also contains a small number of additional poems and eulogies that the author deemed significant. It should be noted, however, that the selection was guided primarily by the availability of material to the author, rather than by strict content or artistic criteria.
Similarly, the individuals listed as Nabara were identified through personal referrals. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement, and the list is not intended to be exhaustive. Furthermore, the few photographs and illustrations featured were selected based on their availability at the time of publication.
A collection of proverbs and riddles preserved through generations is included in the appendix to offer a glimpse into the cultural beliefs of the Irob people.
The author did not attempt to translate the poems (the ador and maiqas) but instead included them in their original language to preserve them for future local generations. To aid readability, the Saho texts are presented in both Ethiopic and Latin scripts.

ራዕይ የህፃናት መርጃ ድርጅት ወላጆችና መምህራን ስለህፃናቱ የተሻለ ግንዛቤ እንዲያገኙም ስልጠና ይሰጣል። በተለይም ልዩ የድጋፍ ፍላጎት ያላቸው ወጣቶች ከጥቃት እንዲጠበቁና በማህበረሰቡ ዘንድ ተገቢውን ድጋፍ እንዲያገኙ ጥሪ አቅርቧል።

መሣሪያን በብዕር የተኩ እጆች፤ የሀገራዊ ምክክር ታሪካዊ ምዕራፍ

የግጭትን መንገድ ትቶ ወደ ሰላማዊ ውይይት በመምጣት በአንድ መድረክ ላይ በእጃቸው መሳሪያ ሳይሆን ብዕርን በመያዝ ሀሳባቸውን ለማስፈር መላው ኢትዮጵያውያን ተገናኝተዋል።
የሀገር ግንባታ መሠረቱ የሚጠነክረው በግጭት ሳይሆን በመደማመጥ፣ እንዲሁም በጋራ በሚገነባ የሀሳብ ራዕይ መሆኑን በማስረፅ።
በዚህ እሳቤ መሠረት ነው የሀገራዊ ምክክር ሂደት "የሁሉም ሀሳብ ለኢትዮጵያ ያስፈልጋል" በሚል መርህ የሁሉንም ድምፅ ለማዳመጥ በር የከፈተው።
ሀገራዊ ምክክር ዓላማው ልክ እንደ ውድድር አሸናፊና ተሸናፊ መለየት ሳይሆን በሕዝቦች ዘንድ የተወከሉ ተወካዮች ተጠናክረው የጋራ መፍትሔ በመፈለግ በሁሉም ውስጥ ኢትዮጵያን አሸናፊ ማድረግ ነው።
ለዚህም ዋና ማሳያ የሆነው ከ4 ሺህ በላይ ተመካካሪዎች በስምንት ዋና ዋና ሀገራዊ አጀንዳዎች ዙሪያ ከመላው ኢትዮጵያ የተወከሉ በቡድን ተከፋፍለው እየተወያዩ ይገኛሉ።
ዓመታትን በትጥቅ ትግል ያሳለፉ ተመካካሪዎች ዛሬ መሣሪያን አስቀምጠው ብዕር በመያዝ ሐሳባቸውን በውይይት እያቀረቡ ይገኛሉ፤ ይህ የሚጠቁመው ምልክት የጦርነትን ኃይል ሳይሆን በመመካከር ችግሮች ሊፈቱ እንደሚችሉ የሚያሳይ ተስፋ ሰጪ ምልክት እና የሰላም መንገድ ለሁሉም ክፍት መሆኑን ያረጋግጣል።
ተመካካሪዎቹ ከ250 አባላት ወደ 50 አባላት፣ በመጨረሻም ወደ 10 አባላት በመከፋፈል ሁሉም ተመካካሪ ያመጣውን የማኅበረሰብ ጥያቄና ሐሳብ ያለ ግፊት፣ ያለ ፍርሃት እና ያለ ተፅዕኖ በነፃነት እንዲያቀርብ ዕድል ተፈጥሮለታል።
ልዩነታቸው ውበታቸው የሆነው የኢትዮጵያውያን ሐሳቦች ሲገናኙ፣ ልዩነቶች ሲከበሩ እና ሁሉም ድምፅ የመደመጥ ዕድል ሲያገኝ፣ የነገዋ ኢትዮጵያ በተስፋ እና በመተማመን የተመሠረተች ትሆናለች። ለዘመናት የቆዩ ቁርሾዎችን በጠረጴዛ ዙሪያ በመፍታት የሰላም ባህልን ማጠናከር የዚህ ሂደት ትልቁ ስኬት ነው።
በዚህ መድረክ ላይ የሚጻፉት ቃላት በወረቀት ላይ ብቻ አይቀሩም፤ ወደ ታሪክ በመሻገር ከአዳራሹ አልፈው የቀጣዮቹን ትውልዶች ሊመሩ የሚችሉ እና ተስፋን፣ ይቅርታን፣ የጋራ ራዕይን የሚተክሉ ናቸው።
በዚህም ሀገር የምትገነባው በዜጎቿ የተረጋጋ ውይይት በመሆኑ ወደ ምክክር መምጣት የድክመት ምልክት ሳይሆን የብስለት፣ የኃላፊነት እና የጋራ የወደፊት ዕጣ ፈንታን በሰላማዊ መንገድ ለመወሰን የተወሰደ ጠንካራ እርምጃ ነው።

የዶላር ዳግም ልደት ወይስ የኢኮኖሚ ቁማር? የኢትዮጵያ “ቢግ ባንግ” ሪፎርም እና የነፃ ገበያ መገፋፋት
1. የካቲት 4 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም. የኢትዮጵያ ብሔራዊ ባንክ ይፋ ያደረገው የውጭ ምንዛሪ መመሪያ፣ ዝም ብሎ የቴክኒክ ሰነድ አይደለም፤ ይልቁንም ላለፉት 50 ዓመታት የሀገሪቱን የኢኮኖሚ ደም ስር አንቆ የያዘውን “የቁጥጥር ሰንሰለት” የሚበጣጥስ መጥረቢያ ነው። ይህ 19 ነጥቦችን የያዘው አዋጅ፣ ኢትዮጵያ በታሪኳ አድርጋው የማታውቀውን የኢኮኖሚ “ቢግ ባንግ” (Big Bang) ሽግግር መጀመሯን ያበስራል። በኢኮኖሚ ፈላስፎች መነጽር ሲታይ፣ ይህ እርምጃ አዳም ስሚዝ “የማይታየው እጅ” (Invisible Hand) ብሎ የጠራውን ገበያ መር ስርዓት በኢትዮጵያ ምድር ለመትከል የተደረገ ደፋር ሙከራ ነው።
2. የዚህ ሪፎርም ዋነኛው መነሻ ከአለም አቀፉ የገንዘብ ድርጅት (IMF) ጋር የተደረሰው የ 3.4 ቢሊዮን ዶላር የብድር ስምምነት ቢሆንም፣ ውስጣዊ ፍላጎቱ ግን የኢትዮጵያን የውጭ ምንዛሪ ረሃብ በዘላቂነት መፍታት ነው። ቀደም ሲል በኦፊሴላዊው የምንዛሪ ዋጋ እና በጥቁር ገበያው መካከል የነበረው ልዩነት (Premium) ከ 100% በላይ ማደጉ፣ ምርት ወደ ውጭ የሚላክበትን ሳይሆን ዶላር የሚሸሸግበትን ኢኮኖሚ ፈጥሮ ነበር። አዲሱ መመሪያ ይህንን “የጥላ ኢኮኖሚ” አፍርሶ፣ ዶላርን ከጓዳ ወደ ባንክ አደባባይ ለማውጣት የታለመ ነው።
3. የአገልግሎት ላኪዎች 100% ገቢያቸውን እንዲይዙ መፈቀዱ (አንቀጽ 1)፣ ከቲዮሪ አንጻር “የባለቤትነት መብት” (Property Rights) ማረጋገጫ ነው። ጆን ሎክ እንደሚለው፣ አንድ ሰው በጥረቱ ያገኘውን ሀብት የመጠቀም ሙሉ መብት ሊኖረው ይገባል። መንግስት ቀደም ሲል ከላኪዎች ላይ ይነጥቅ የነበረውን 50% እና ከዚያ በላይ ድርሻ መተዉ፣ ላኪዎች ይበልጥ እንዲያመርቱ ትልቅ ማበረታቻ (Incentive) ይፈጥራል። ይህ ደግሞ በረዥም ጊዜ የሀገሪቱን የወጪ ንግድ ገቢ በቢሊዮን ዶላሮች እንደሚያሳድገው ይጠበቃል።
4. ግለሰቦች ለቤተሰቦቻቸው እስከ 3,000 ዶላር እንዲልኩ መፈቀዱ (አንቀጽ 8)፣ የመንግስትን የቁጥጥር ስፋት (State Scope) በእጅጉ ይቀንሳል። ይህ እርምጃ ሚልተን ፍሪድማን “Capitalism and Freedom” በሚለው መጽሐፉ የጠቀሰውን የግል ኢኮኖሚ ነፃነት የሚያንፀባርቅ ነው። ዜጎች በገዛ ገንዘባቸው የልጆቻቸውን ትምህርትና ህክምና እንዲከፍሉ መፈቀዱ፣ በህዝብና በመንግስት መካከል ለዘመናት ተሸርሽሮ የነበረውን ማህበራዊ ውል (Social Contract) መልሶ የማደስ አቅም አለው።
5. ዳታዎች እንደሚያሳዩት፣ ኢትዮጵያ በየአመቱ ከዳያስፖራ የምታገኘው ሬሚታንስ (Remittance) ከ 5 ቢሊዮን ዶላር በላይ ቢሆንም፣ ከግማሽ በላይ የሚሆነው በህገ-ወጥ መንገድ ይዘዋወር ነበር። አዲሱ መመሪያ ዶላርን ያለ ሰነድ መመንዘር መፍቀዱ (አንቀጽ 7)፣ ይህን በጥቁር ገበያ የሚመላለሰውን ቢሊዮን ዶላር ወደ ህጋዊው ስርዓት የሚመልስ “መግነጢሳዊ ኃይል” ነው። ይህ የገንዘብ ፍሰት ወደ ባንኮች ሲገባ፣ ባንኮች ለኢንዱስትሪው የሚሰጡት የብድር አቅም (Liquidity) በእጥፍ ሊያድግ ይችላል።
6. የውጭ ኢንቨስተሮች ትርፋቸውን ያለ ገደብ እንዲያወጡ መፈቀዱ (አንቀጽ 16) ግን የሁለት ስለት ቢላዋ ነው። ለዴቪድ ሪካርዶ የንግድ ቲዮሪ ተከታዮች፣ ይህ እርምጃ የውጭ ቀጥተኛ ኢንቨስትመንትን (FDI) የሚስብ ማር ነው። ሆኖም፣ እንደ ጆሴፍ ስቲግሊዝ ያሉ ሊቃውንት “የካፒታል ሽሽት” (Capital Flight) ስጋትን ያነሳሉ። በሀገር ውስጥ የፖለቲካ አለመረጋጋት ቢከሰት፣ ኢንቨስተሮች ያላቸውን ዶላር ይዘው በአንድ ጀምበር ቢወጡ፣ የኢትዮጵያ የውጭ መጠባበቂያ ክምችት (Foreign Reserve) ድንገት ሊሟጠጥ ይችላል።
7. የባንኮች ራስ-ገዝነት (Autonomy) መጨመር ሌላው የዚህ ሪፎርም ምሰሶ ነው። ባንኮች የፎርዋርድ ግብይት (Forward Transaction) እንዲያካሂዱ መፈቀዱ (አንቀጽ 9)፣ ነጋዴዎች ለወደፊት ግዢዎቻቸው የምንዛሪ ዋጋን ቀድመው እንዲቆልፉ (Hedging) ይረዳቸዋል። ይህ በንግድ ዓለም ውስጥ ያለውን እርግጠኛ አለመሆን (Uncertainty) በመቀነስ፣ የዋጋ ግሽበትን ለማረጋጋት የሚረዳ ዘመናዊ የፋይናንስ መሳሪያ ነው።
8. ይሁን እንጂ፣ ባንኮች ከካፒታላቸው 10% ዋስትና እንዲሰጡ መፈቀዱ (አንቀጽ 14) ልብ አንጠልጣይ አደጋ አለው። የኢትዮጵያ ባንኮች በዓለም አቀፍ የፋይናንስ ቀውስ የመመታት ልምድ የላቸውም። ባንኮች የገቡት ዋስትና ተቀባይነት አጥቶ ወይም ብድሩ ሳይከፈል ቢቀር፣ የሀገር ውስጥ ባንኮች መክሰር (Bank Failure) ደረጃ ሊደርሱ ይችላሉ። ይህ ደግሞ በዜጎች ቁጠባ ላይ ትልቅ አደጋ ስለሚደቅን፣ የብሔራዊ ባንክ የቁጥጥር ዓይን (Supervision) እጅግ ንቁ መሆን አለበት።
9. የውጭ ምንዛሪ ቢሮዎች ጥሬ ገንዘብ የመያዝ አቅማቸው ወደ 25% ማደጉ (አንቀጽ 18)፣ የገበያውን የዶላር ዝውውር (Circulation) ያቀልጠዋል። ይህ እርምጃ የጥቁር ገበያ ደላሎችን ከስራ የሚያስወጣ ቢሆንም፣ አዲሶቹ የፍቃድ ባለቤቶች ራሳቸው ወደ “ህጋዊ ደላላነት” እንዳይቀየሩ ጥብቅ ኦዲት ይፈልጋል። የገንዘብ ማጠብ (Money Laundering) ወንጀሎችን ለመከላከል የዲጂታል ክትትል ስርዓት የግድ ይላል።
10. የቬትናምን ተሞክሮ ብንመለከት፣ ሀገሪቱ በ 1980 ዎቹ መጨረሻ መሰል እርምጃ ስትወስድ፣ በአምራች ዘርፉ ላይ ትልቅ ስራ ሰርታ ነበር። ኢትዮጵያ ግን አሁንም 80% የምትጠቀመውን ሸቀጥ ከውጭ ታስገባለች። ዶላር በነፃነት መዘዋወሩ ብቻውን ለውጥ አያመጣም፤ የምርት አብዮት ካልታከለበት፣ ነፃ ገበያው የውጭ ሀገራት ምርቶች መጣያ (Dumping ground) የመሆን አደጋ አለው።
11. የዋጋ ግሽበት (Inflation) የዚህ ሪፎርም ትልቁ ጠላት ነው። የምንዛሪ ዋጋው ለገበያ ሲተው፣ የብር ዋጋ መውደቁ አይቀሬ ነው። ይህ ደግሞ የመድኃኒት፣ የነዳጅ እና የፋብሪካ ጥሬ እቃዎች ዋጋን ሊያስንረው ይችላል። ኬይንስ እንደሚለው፣ በመካከለኛ ጊዜ ኢኮኖሚው ቢረጋጋም፣ “በመጨረሻ ሁላችንም እንሞታለን”። ስለዚህ ዝቅተኛው ማህበረሰብ በዚህ የሽግግር ወቅት በኑሮ ውድነት እንዳይቀጠቀጥ መንግስት የማህበራዊ ድጋፍ መረቦችን ማጠናከር አለበት።
12. 100 ዶላር የነበረው የሂሳብ መክፈቻ መቅረት (አንቀጽ 5)፣ ለድሃው ዜጋ የተሰጠ የኢኮኖሚ “ዲሞክራሲ” ነው። ይህም የባንክ አገልግሎት ተደራሽነትን (Financial Inclusion) በመጨመር፣ ህዝቡ በዶላር እንዲቆጥብና የሀገር ውስጥ ካፒታል እንዲያድግ ያደርጋል። ይህ የባህሪ ለውጥ (Behavioral Change) በረዥም ጊዜ የሀገሪቱን የቁጠባ ባህል ይቀይረዋል።
13. ድርጅቶች ከሀገር ውጭ መዋእለ ነዋያቸውን እንዲያፈሱ መፈቀዱ (አንቀጽ 6) ግን እጅግ አነጋጋሪ ነው። ኢትዮጵያ ራሷ የካፒታል እጥረት ባለባት ሁኔታ፣ የሀገር ውስጥ ባለሀብቶች ዶላር ይዘው ወደ ውጭ እንዲወጡ መፈቀዱ በምን ስሌት እንደመጣ ግልጽ አይደለም። ይህ ነጥብ ባለሀብቶች ሀብታቸውን ወደ አስተማማኝ ሀገራት እንዲያሸሹ (Flight to Safety) በር ሊከፍት ይችላል።

9. የውጭ ምንዛሪ ቢሮዎች ጥሬ ገንዘብ የመያዝ አቅማቸው ወደ 25% ማደጉ (አንቀጽ 18)፣ የገበያውን የዶላር ዝውውር (Circulation) ያቀልጠዋል። ይህ እርምጃ የጥቁር ገበያ ደላሎችን ከስራ የሚያስወጣ ቢሆንም፣ አዲሶቹ የፍቃድ ባለቤቶች ራሳቸው ወደ “ህጋዊ ደላላነት” እንዳይቀየሩ ጥብቅ ኦዲት ይፈልጋል። የገንዘብ ማጠብ (Money Laundering) ወንጀሎችን ለመከላከል የዲጂታል ክትትል ስርዓት የግድ ይላል።
10. የቬትናምን ተሞክሮ ብንመለከት፣ ሀገሪቱ በ 1980 ዎቹ መጨረሻ መሰል እርምጃ ስትወስድ፣ በአምራች ዘርፉ ላይ ትልቅ ስራ ሰርታ ነበር። ኢትዮጵያ ግን አሁንም 80% የምትጠቀመውን ሸቀጥ ከውጭ ታስገባለች። ዶላር በነፃነት መዘዋወሩ ብቻውን ለውጥ አያመጣም፤ የምርት አብዮት ካልታከለበት፣ ነፃ ገበያው የውጭ ሀገራት ምርቶች መጣያ (Dumping ground) የመሆን አደጋ አለው።
11. የዋጋ ግሽበት (Inflation) የዚህ ሪፎርም ትልቁ ጠላት ነው። የምንዛሪ ዋጋው ለገበያ ሲተው፣ የብር ዋጋ መውደቁ አይቀሬ ነው። ይህ ደግሞ የመድኃኒት፣ የነዳጅ እና የፋብሪካ ጥሬ እቃዎች ዋጋን ሊያስንረው ይችላል። ኬይንስ እንደሚለው፣ በመካከለኛ ጊዜ ኢኮኖሚው ቢረጋጋም፣ “በመጨረሻ ሁላችንም እንሞታለን”። ስለዚህ ዝቅተኛው ማህበረሰብ በዚህ የሽግግር ወቅት በኑሮ ውድነት እንዳይቀጠቀጥ መንግስት የማህበራዊ ድጋፍ መረቦችን ማጠናከር አለበት።
12. 100 ዶላር የነበረው የሂሳብ መክፈቻ መቅረት (አንቀጽ 5)፣ ለድሃው ዜጋ የተሰጠ የኢኮኖሚ “ዲሞክራሲ” ነው። ይህም የባንክ አገልግሎት ተደራሽነትን (Financial Inclusion) በመጨመር፣ ህዝቡ በዶላር እንዲቆጥብና የሀገር ውስጥ ካፒታል እንዲያድግ ያደርጋል። ይህ የባህሪ ለውጥ (Behavioral Change) በረዥም ጊዜ የሀገሪቱን የቁጠባ ባህል ይቀይረዋል።
13. ድርጅቶች ከሀገር ውጭ መዋእለ ነዋያቸውን እንዲያፈሱ መፈቀዱ (አንቀጽ 6) ግን እጅግ አነጋጋሪ ነው። ኢትዮጵያ ራሷ የካፒታል እጥረት ባለባት ሁኔታ፣ የሀገር ውስጥ ባለሀብቶች ዶላር ይዘው ወደ ውጭ እንዲወጡ መፈቀዱ በምን ስሌት እንደመጣ ግልጽ አይደለም። ይህ ነጥብ ባለሀብቶች ሀብታቸውን ወደ አስተማማኝ ሀገራት እንዲያሸሹ (Flight to Safety) በር ሊከፍት ይችላል።

የአፍሪካ ቀንድ አዲስ ስጋት‼️
ሶማሊላንድ ከእስራኤል የሉዓላዊ ሀገርነት እውቅና ለማግኘት ስትል በሶስት ቅድመ ሁኔታዎች ላይ ተስማምታለች።
1. ፍልስጤማውያንን ለማስፈር(the resettlement of Palestinians in Somaliland).
2- በኤደን ባሕረ ሰላጤ ላይ እስራኤል የጦር ሰፈር እንድታቋቁም(An Israeli military base on the Gulf of Aden coast)
3- ሶማሌላንድ በአብርሃም ስምምነት (Abreham Accord agreement) ውስጥ መካተት(Somaliland’s inclusion to the Abraham Accords) ናቸው።
በዚህ ምክንያት የመካከለኛው ምስራቅ ግጭት ወደ አፍሪካ ቀንድ እንዳይስፋፋ ስጋት አስከትሏል። በቀጣይ በርካታ ሀገራት ለሶማሊላንድ እውቅና እንደሚሰጡ የሶማሊላንዱ ፕሬዚዳንት ተናግረዋል።
