(ዘ-ሐበሻ ዜና ዳሰሳ) ጥምር ዜግነት (Dual Citizenship) በዓለማችን ላይ በርካታ ሀገራት የሚተገብሩት እና ዜጎቻቸው በሁለት ሀገራት ሙሉ መብት ኖሯቸው እንዲንቀሳቀሱ የሚያስችል ስርዓት ቢሆንም፣ በኢትዮጵያ ግን ይህ ጉዳይ አሁንም አከራካሪ እና የፖለቲካ ትኩሳት ሆኖ ቀጥሏል። ትናንት የተካሄደው የ500 ቡድኖች የምክክር መድረክም የዚሁ ውዝግብ ማሳያ ነው። በቀረበው ሰነድ መረጃ መሰረት፣ ጥምር ዜግነት በኢትዮጵያ አሁን ባለው ነባራዊ ሁኔታ እንዲፈቀድ አልተደረገም፤ ይልቁንም ወደፊት የሀገሪቱ ተጨባጭ ሁኔታ እየታየ፣ የተቋማት ግንባታ፣ የህግ የበላይነት እና የሰብአዊ መብቶች አያያዝ እያደገ ሲሄድ ሊታሰብበት እንደሚገባ ከስምምነት ላይ ተደርሷል። በዚህ የምክክር መድረክ ላይ የተሳተፉት የቁጫ ሕዝቦች ዴሞክራሲያዊ ፓርቲ ተወካይ አቶ ዓለማየሁ አክሊሉ እንደገለጹት፣ በጉዳዩ ላይ ሀሳብ በነጻነት መንሸራሸሩን እና ልዩነቶች ቢኖሩም ወደ አላስፈላጊ ግጭት ሳይገባ መግባባት ላይ መደረሱን አብራርተዋል።

በመሆኑም የኢትዮጵያ መንግስት በአንድ በኩል ዳያስፖራው በልማት እና በኢንቨስትመንት እንዲሳተፍ ሲጋብዝ፣ በሌላ በኩል ግን የፖለቲካ ተሳትፎውን መገደቡ፣ በዳያስፖራው ዘንድ "ለሀገር ሀብት እንጂ ውሳኔ ሰጪ እንድንሆን አይፈለግም" የሚል ስሜት ሊፈጥር ይችላል። እርግጥ ነው፣ በአፍሪካ ቀንድ ያለው ፖለቲካዊ ውጥረት እና የጎረቤት ሀገራት የጂኦ-ፖለቲካዊ ፍጥጫ ጥንቃቄን ግድ ይላል። ይሁንና "የሀገር ሚስጥር አሳልፎ ከመስጠት" ጋር ተያይዞ የተነሳው ስጋት መሬት ላይ ያለ እውነት ቢሆንም፣ ይህንን መፍታት የሚቻለው መብቱን ሙሉ በሙሉ በማገድ ሳይሆን በህግ ማዕቀፍ በማስተካከል ነው። ለምሳሌ ሌሎች ሀገራት እንደሚያደርጉት፣ ጥምር ዜግነት ያላቸው ሰዎች ከፍተኛ የደህንነት፣ የመከላከያ ወይም የውጭ ጉዳይ ሚኒስትር እና የሀገር መሪ እንዳይሆኑ ህገ-መንግስታዊ ገደብ በማበጀት፣ ሉዓላዊነትን ከማስጠበቅ ጎን ለጎን የዳያስፖራውን አቅም በተሻለ መልኩ መጠቀም ይቻላል። የጥምር ዜግነት መብትን "ለወደፊት የሀገሪቱ የዕድገት ደረጃ" ብሎ ማራዘም ከስጋት ለማምለጥ የሚደረግ ጊዜያዊ ማስታገሻ እንጂ፣ በሚሊዮኖች የሚቆጠረውን የኢትዮጵያ ዳያስፖራ አቅም በአግባቡ ለመጠቀም የሚያስችል ዘላቂ ስትራቴጂካዊ መፍትሔ አይመስልም።

Ethio telecom CEO and ZTE Senior Leadership Hold Strategic Discussions Enhancing Partnership to Accelerate Ethiopia’s Digital Transformation
Ethio telecom CEO Frehiwot Tamru hosted a high-level delegation from ZTE Corporation, led by its Executive Vice President and COO, Mr. Xie Junshi. The meeting evaluated the successful progress of the landmark Network Expansion and Modernization Agreement finalized during the Mobile World Congress 2026 in Barcelona. This engagement underscores a shared vision for accelerating digital infrastructure under the company's Next Horizon: Digital & Beyond 2028 Strategy.
As part of the end-to-end network modernization in the ZTE circle, which encompasses 879 sites, 462 RAN modernization sites (which include LTE layering at 180 sites, LTE upgrading at 248 sites, and a full SWAP of 102 sites), 237 MW link upgrades, and 103 IP RAN site expansions were successfully completed. On top of this, the remaining scopes of the modernization program are under execution, which include 124 new sites, U2100 refarming at 272 sites, and 115 rural solution sites.
This rollout has significantly widened high-speed connectivity, pushing national 4G mobile population coverage to an impressive 92% in ZTE circle. These sites now serve as a robust digital backbone for the nation's evolving economy, enhancing connectivity for millions of citizens across Ethiopia.

The meeting evaluated the successful progress of the landmark Network Expansion and Modernization Agreement finalized during the Mobile World Congress 2026 in Barcelona. As part of the end-to-end network modernization in the ZTE circle, which encompasses 879 sites, 462 RAN modernization sites (which include LTE layering at 180 sites, LTE upgrading at 248 sites, and a full SWAP of 102 sites), 237 MW link upgrades, and 103 IP RAN site expansions were successfully completed. On top of this, the remaining scopes of the modernization program are under execution, which include 124 new sites, U2100 refarming at 272 sites, and 115 rural solution sites.

As we successfully conclude Year One of our Next Horizon: Digital & Beyond 2028 Strategy, Ethio telecom continues to expand and modernize the critical digital infrastructure powering Ethiopia’s transformation.
During the year, we deployed 603 new mobile sites, expanding our nationwide footprint to 10,613 sites, while adding capacity for 10.2 million customers and scaling total mobile network capacity to 115.1 million. To strengthen network resilience, 44% of our sites are supported by backup generators, while 24% of off-grid sites are powered by solar energy.
We expanded 4G/LTE services to 264 additional towns, bringing the total to 1,200 towns and increasing 4G population coverage to 82.2%. Our 5G network now reaches 33 towns, including seven added during the year accelerating access to high-speed, next-generation digital services.
We also strengthened the high-capacity foundation of Ethiopia’s digital economy. Our national backbone fiber and OPGW network now spans 23,422 km, supported by 15,615 km of metro fiber. Total Optical Distribution Network capacity reached 1.46 million, comprising 708,992 greenfield capacity and 759,735 copper-switch-off capacity.
During the year, we migrated 100,000 customers from copper to fiber, helping the fixed-broadband customer base surpass the historic milestone of one million, of whom 443,298 are connected through fiber.
International gateway and local content-cache capacity increased by 1.8 Tbps to 4.3 Tbps, achieving 172% of the annual target. Expanded caching for leading global platforms, including Google, Meta, Netflix, TikTok and Cloudflare, is bringing content closer to users, improving speed and service experience while reducing international bandwidth dependency.
Together, these achievements reinforce Ethio telecom’s role as a principal architect and catalyst of Digital Ethiopia 2030 building a high-speed, resilient, inclusive and future-ready digital infrastructure that connects citizens, empowers businesses, modernizes institutions and unlocks new opportunities across Ethiopia.

ጥናቱ ከተካሄደባቸው ስድስት የአፍሪካ ከተሞች (ናይሮቢ፣ ዳሬሰላም፣ ሉሳካ፣ ኪጋሊ እና ያውንዴ) መካከል አዲስ አበባ የተሻለ አፈፃፀም በማስመዝገብ ቀዳሚ መሆን ችላለች። በተለይም የገቢ እና የፋይናንስ ሀብት አስተዳደርን በማዘመን ረገድ ከተማችን የጀመረችው ሪፎርም ውጤታማና ለአፍሪካ ከተሞች አርአያ መሆኑን የጥናቱ ግኝት አመላክቷል።
ይህ ስኬት፤ ከተማችን ከምትሰበስበው አጠቃላይ ገቢ ውስጥ 71 በመቶውን ለልማት ሥራዎች በመመደብ፣ የዜጎችን ዘላቂ ተጠቃሚነት ለማረጋገጥ ስናደርግ የቆየነው የሪፎርም ጉዞ ውጤማነት ማሳያ ነው።
ዛሬ ከተለያዩ ከተሞች ለልምድ ልውውጥ የመጡት ተሳታፊ ከንቲባዎች እነዚህን የሪፎርም ሥራዎች በአካል በመጎብኘት፣ አዲስ አበባ በፋይናንስ እና በገቢዎች ስራ አቅሟን እንዴት ገንብታ ወደ ተግባራዊ ለውጥ እንደቀየረችው ሰፊ ተሞክሮ የምታካፍል ይሆናል።
ይህ መድረክ የአፍሪካ ከተሞችን የወደፊት ዕጣ ፈንታ በጋራ የምንቀርጽበት ታሪካዊ አጋጣሚ ነው።

Addis Ababa has once again reaffirmed its continental leadership by serving as a platform for mutual learning among our African brothers and sisters.
Today, in our continental capital, we are hosting a productive peer-to-peer learning forum with mayors and regional administrators from various African cities.
According to an in-depth survey conducted by the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) on the financial management performance of African cities, Addis Ababa was selected to share its experience after achieving outstanding results in five of the six key metrics evaluated.
Among the six African cities surveyed (Nairobi, Dar Es Salaam, Lusaka, Kigali, and Yaoundé), Addis Ababa emerged as the top performer. The findings specifically highlighted that the reforms our city initiated in modernizing revenue and financial resource management are both effective and serve as a blueprint for other African cities.
This success is a testament to the effectiveness of our reform journey, through which we have allocated 71% of the city’s total revenue to development projects to ensure the sustainable benefit of our citizens.
The visiting mayors and participants will personally tour these reform projects today. Addis Ababa will share its extensive experience in building financial and revenue capacity and translating that capacity into tangible, transformative change.
This forum represents a historic opportunity for us to collectively shape the future of African cities.
Finally, I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the UNECA for conducting this study and recognizing our city, as well as to the residents of Addis Ababa and my colleagues, who are the true owners of this achievement.

የጉዞ ማስታወሻ ✈️
#ethiopia | በደቡብ ቴክሳስ ዳላስ ከተማ፤ በተተኮሰባቸው ጥይት የተገደሉት ፕሬዚደንት ኬኔዲ ሥፍራ ቆሚያለሁ።
የቀድሞው ዝነኛና ተወዳጁ የአሜሪካ ፕሬዝዳንት ጆን ኤፍ ኬኔዲ በቴክሳስ ግዛት፣ ዳላስ ከተማ፣ በክፍት መኪና፤ በጉብኝት ሳሉ ነበር እኤአ በኅዳር 22፣ 1963 ቀትር ላይ በደቡብ ቴክሳስ ዳላስ ከተማ፤ በተተኮሰባቸው ጥይት የተገደሉት። ፕሬዚደንት ኬኔዲ ስልጣን ላይ ከወጡ ሦስተኛ ዓመታቸን ሊይዙ ትንሽ ወራት ይቀራቸው ነበር።
ከዚያች ቅጽበት ጀምሮ ሰውየውን ( ፕሬዝዳንት ጆን ኤፍ ኬኔዲ ) ማን ገደላቸው? ... ለምን ተገደሉ? ... በሚለው ዙርያ ሺህ ምርመራዎች ተደርገዋል።
እነዚህ የምርመራ ሂደቱን የያዙ ዶሴዎችም በምሥጢር ሲከማቹ ነው የኖሩት።
የ1964 የእውነት አፈላላጊው ‘ዋረን ኮሚሽን’ ፕሬዝዳንት ኬኔዲ የተገደሉት ሊ ሐርቬይ ኦስዋልድ በተባለ ግለሰብ ነው ብሎ ነበር።
ሊ ሐርቬይ ቀደም ሲል በሶቭየት ኅብረት ለአጭር ጊዜ የኖረ አሜሪካዊ ሲሆን ድርጊቱን የፈጸመውም በግሉ ነው ተብሎ ነበር።
በቁጥጥር ሥር በዋለ በሁለተኛው ቀን ግን ብዙም ግልጽ ባልሆነ መንገድ በዳላስ ፖሊስ ምድር ቤት ውስጥ ተገድሏል።
ይሁንና የኬኔዲ አገዳደል፣ ገዳያቸው ነበር የተባለው ሰው በፖሊስ ምድር ቤት መገደል ምሥጢርና ተያያዥ ጉዳዮች ለዐሥርታት ለብዙ መላምቶች ክፍት ሆኖ ቆይቷል።
የሴራ ፖለቲካ ተንታኞች ደግሞ ግድያውንና ግድያውን ተከትሎ የሆነውን ነገር ሁሉ የተለያዩ ትርጉም ሲሰጡት ኖረዋል። ዛሬም ድረስ ...
አንዳንዶች ወጣቱን ፕሬዝዳንት ኬኔዲን የገደላቸው ሴአይኤ ራሱ ነው፤ ለዚያም ነው ገዳያቸው ነው የተባለውን ሰው ፈጥነው የገደሉት ብለው ያምናሉ።
ሲአይኤ ግን "የኔ እጅ የለበትም!" ይላል።
ገዳያቸው ነው የተባለው ኦስዋልድ በሜክሲኮ አገር ከኬጂቢ ሰላይ ጋር ተገናኝቶ እንደነበር ወደ በኋላ የወጡ መረጃዎች ይጠቁማሉ።
የመጀመርያው የሮማን ካቶሊክ እምነት ተከታይ ፕሬዝዳንት ጆን ኤፍ ኬኔዲ በጊዜያቸው ገናና የነበሩ 35ኛው የአሜሪካ ፕሬዝዳንት ከመሆናቸውም ባሻገር በንግግር አዋቂነታቸው ይደነቃሉ።
ከንግግራቸው አንዳንዶቹ ዛሬም ድረስ እንደ ጥቅስ ይወሳሉ፤ ከነዚህም መሀል ‘አገሬ ለኔ ምን አደረገችልኝ ሳይሆን እኔ ለአገሬ ምን አደረኩላት ብለን እንጠይቅ’ የሚለው የበዓለ ሲመት ንግግራቸው በይበልጥ ይታወሳል።

እንደምታውቁት የፕሬዝዳንት ኬኔዲን ግድያ የተመለከተ የምርመራ ዶሴ ከ60 ዓመት በኋላ ይፋ ሆኗል።
ይህ ዶሴ ለሕዝብ ይፋ እየሆነ ያለው ከ60 ዓመታት ጥብቅ ምሥጢርነት በኋላ ነው።
ብዛቱ ከ10ሺህ በላይ ይሆናል የተባለው ይህ ሰነድ ይፋ እንዲሆን የወሰኑት ፕሬዝደንት ጆ ባይደን ናቸው።
ይሁንና አንዳንድ ሰነዶች አሁንም በምሥጢር የሚቆዩ ይኖራሉ። ይህም ለአንዳንድ ሰዎች ደኀንነት ሲባል ነው።
ምንም እንኳ የጆን ኤፍ ኬኔዲ ግድያ ለዐሥርታት እያወዛገበ ቢቆይም በዚህ ሰነድ የሚገለጥ አንዳች ታላቅ ምሥጢር ይኖራል ተብሎ አይጠበቅም።
ይሁንና ዶሴው በፕሬዝዳንቱ ግድያ ዙርያ ጥናትና ምርምር ለሚያደርጉ ግን ልዩ ዕድል ነው ተብሏል።
የ1992 የአሜሪካ ሕግ ዶሴዎቹ በጥቅምት 2017 ለሕዝብ ይፋ እንዲደረጉ አስገዳጅ አድርጎ ነበር።
የአሜሪካ ብሔራዊ ቤተ መዛግብት ለሕዝብ ይፋ የማይደረጉት ሰነዶች ብዛት 515 ነው ብሏል።
ከጠቅላላው ሰነድ 2ሺህ 545 ሰነዶች ደግሞ ይፋ የሚሆኑት በከፊል ናቸው።

ፕሬዚደንት ጆን ኤፍ ኬኔዲ፤ ከኢትዮጵያዉ ንጉሠ ነገሥት ቀዳማዊ ኃይለ ሥላሴ ጋር ጥሩ ግንኙነት ነበራቸዉ። በተለይ ጆን ኤፍ ኬኔዲ ከመገደላቸዉ ከአንድ ወር ቀደም ብሎ ቀዳማዊ ኃይለ ሥላሴ አሜሪካንን መጎብኘታቸዉ ይነገራል።
ኢትዮጵያ በጆን ኤፍ ኬኔዲ፤ ዘመነ ሥልጣን ከዩኤስ አሜሪካ ጋር ጥሩ የወዳጅ ነት ግንኙነት እንደነበራት ቢታወቅም ጆኔፍ ኬኔዲ በተለይ ከኢትዮጵያዉ ንጉሠ ነገሥት ቀዳማዊ ኃይለ ሥላሴ ጋር የጠበቀ ግንኙነት እንደነበራቸዉ ዘገባዎች ያመላክታሉ።
በደቡብ ቴክሳስ ዳላስ ከተማ፤ በተተኮሰባቸው ጥይት የተገደሉት ፕሬዚደንት ኬኔዲ ሥፍራ ቆሚያለሁ።
«ድል አባቷ ብዙ ነው" እንዲል ጆኔፍ ኬኔዲ ብዙ የታሪክ ምዕራፍ ለመሰነቅ ወደ ሙዚየሙ ገባሁ።

ዳላስ ብሉይ በኾኑ ነገር ግን በሚጣፍጡ ሙዚቃዎች የፒያሳን ዜጎች የማዝናናት ተግባር ላይ የተሰማራ ለትርፍ ያልተቋቋመ ድርጅት ይመስለኛል፡፡ ዛሬም ድረስ ሳይታክት ጆሮ ገብ ሙዚቃዎችን ያስኮመኩማል፡፡ በነፃ!
ከዚህ ቤት የሚደመጡ ሙዚቃዎች ዘፋኞቹ በሕይወት የሌሉ ወይም ደግሞ ዘፋኞቹ ራሳቸው የረሷቸው ሙዚቃዎች ሊሆኑ ይችላሉ፡፡ ‹‹ኦልዲስ-በት-ጉዲስ››፡፡ ታዲያ በቲቪ የምታውቀው ጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ጀማሪ ዘፋኝ እዚህ ዳላስ ሙዚቃ ቤት አካባቢ ሲያንዣብብ ካየኽው አንድ ነገር ጠርጥር፡፡ ሊከትፍ ወይ ሊመነትፍ ነው፡፡

የቀድሞው ዝነኛና ተወዳጁ የአሜሪካ ፕሬዝዳንት ጆን ኤፍ ኬኔዲ በቴክሳስ ግዛት፣ ዳላስ ከተማ፣ በክፍት መኪና፤ በጉብኝት ሳሉ ነበር እኤአ በኅዳር 22፣ 1963 ቀትር ላይ በደቡብ ቴክሳስ ዳላስ ከተማ፤ በተተኮሰባቸው ጥይት የተገደሉት። ፕሬዚደንት ኬኔዲ ስልጣን ላይ ከወጡ ሦስተኛ ዓመታቸን ሊይዙ ትንሽ ወራት ይቀራቸው ነበር።
ከዚያች ቅጽበት ጀምሮ ሰውየውን ( ፕሬዝዳንት ጆን ኤፍ ኬኔዲ ) ማን ገደላቸው? ... ለምን ተገደሉ? ... በሚለው ዙርያ ሺህ ምርመራዎች ተደርገዋል።
እነዚህ የምርመራ ሂደቱን የያዙ ዶሴዎችም በምሥጢር ሲከማቹ ነው የኖሩት።
የ1964 የእውነት አፈላላጊው ‘ዋረን ኮሚሽን’ ፕሬዝዳንት ኬኔዲ የተገደሉት ሊ ሐርቬይ ኦስዋልድ በተባለ ግለሰብ ነው ብሎ ነበር።
ሊ ሐርቬይ ቀደም ሲል በሶቭየት ኅብረት ለአጭር ጊዜ የኖረ አሜሪካዊ ሲሆን ድርጊቱን የፈጸመውም በግሉ ነው ተብሎ ነበር።
በቁጥጥር ሥር በዋለ በሁለተኛው ቀን ግን ብዙም ግልጽ ባልሆነ መንገድ በዳላስ ፖሊስ ምድር ቤት ውስጥ ተገድሏል።
ይሁንና የኬኔዲ አገዳደል፣ ገዳያቸው ነበር የተባለው ሰው በፖሊስ ምድር ቤት መገደል ምሥጢርና ተያያዥ ጉዳዮች ለዐሥርታት ለብዙ መላምቶች ክፍት ሆኖ ቆይቷል።
የሴራ ፖለቲካ ተንታኞች ደግሞ ግድያውንና ግድያውን ተከትሎ የሆነውን ነገር ሁሉ የተለያዩ ትርጉም ሲሰጡት ኖረዋል። ዛሬም ድረስ ...
አንዳንዶች ወጣቱን ፕሬዝዳንት ኬኔዲን የገደላቸው ሴአይኤ ራሱ ነው፤ ለዚያም ነው ገዳያቸው ነው የተባለውን ሰው ፈጥነው የገደሉት ብለው ያምናሉ።
ሲአይኤ ግን "የኔ እጅ የለበትም!" ይላል።
ገዳያቸው ነው የተባለው ኦስዋልድ በሜክሲኮ አገር ከኬጂቢ ሰላይ ጋር ተገናኝቶ እንደነበር ወደ በኋላ የወጡ መረጃዎች ይጠቁማሉ።
የመጀመርያው የሮማን ካቶሊክ እምነት ተከታይ ፕሬዝዳንት ጆን ኤፍ ኬኔዲ በጊዜያቸው ገናና የነበሩ 35ኛው የአሜሪካ ፕሬዝዳንት ከመሆናቸውም ባሻገር በንግግር አዋቂነታቸው ይደነቃሉ።
ከንግግራቸው አንዳንዶቹ ዛሬም ድረስ እንደ ጥቅስ ይወሳሉ፤ ከነዚህም መሀል ‘አገሬ ለኔ ምን አደረገችልኝ ሳይሆን እኔ ለአገሬ ምን አደረኩላት ብለን እንጠይቅ’ የሚለው የበዓለ ሲመት ንግግራቸው በይበልጥ ይታወሳል።

እንደምታውቁት የፕሬዝዳንት ኬኔዲን ግድያ የተመለከተ የምርመራ ዶሴ ከ60 ዓመት በኋላ ይፋ ሆኗል።
ይህ ዶሴ ለሕዝብ ይፋ እየሆነ ያለው ከ60 ዓመታት ጥብቅ ምሥጢርነት በኋላ ነው።
ብዛቱ ከ10ሺህ በላይ ይሆናል የተባለው ይህ ሰነድ ይፋ እንዲሆን የወሰኑት ፕሬዝደንት ጆ ባይደን ናቸው።
ይሁንና አንዳንድ ሰነዶች አሁንም በምሥጢር የሚቆዩ ይኖራሉ። ይህም ለአንዳንድ ሰዎች ደኀንነት ሲባል ነው።
ምንም እንኳ የጆን ኤፍ ኬኔዲ ግድያ ለዐሥርታት እያወዛገበ ቢቆይም በዚህ ሰነድ የሚገለጥ አንዳች ታላቅ ምሥጢር ይኖራል ተብሎ አይጠበቅም።
ይሁንና ዶሴው በፕሬዝዳንቱ ግድያ ዙርያ ጥናትና ምርምር ለሚያደርጉ ግን ልዩ ዕድል ነው ተብሏል።
የ1992 የአሜሪካ ሕግ ዶሴዎቹ በጥቅምት 2017 ለሕዝብ ይፋ እንዲደረጉ አስገዳጅ አድርጎ ነበር።
የአሜሪካ ብሔራዊ ቤተ መዛግብት ለሕዝብ ይፋ የማይደረጉት ሰነዶች ብዛት 515 ነው ብሏል።

ሜላት ኪሮስ
ለአሜሪካ የኮንግረስ አባልነት እየተወዳደረች ትገኛለች
#ethiopia | በመላ ሰሜን አሜሪካና በሌሎችም የዓለማችን አገራት የምትገኙ ኢትዮጵያዊያን በሙሉ የከበረ ጥልቅ ሰላምታዬን አቀርባለሁ።
እንደምታውቁት ከሁለት ኢትዮጵያውያን የተወለደችው ሀበሻዊቷ ግን በዜግነት አሜሪካዊት የሆነችው ሜላት ኪሮስ ለአሜሪካ የኮንግረስ አባልነት እየተወዳደረች ትገኛለች።
በታሪክ እስከዛሬ እንዳየነው ( ያውም በእሷ ዕድሜ) ለአሜሪካ ኮንግረስ ለመመረጥ የሞከረ ኢትዮጵያዊ የለም ።
ሜላት ይህንን ያልተሞከረ ነገር አሸንፋለሁ ብላ በፅናት መጀመሯ ከልብ የምታኮራ ጀግና የኢትዮጵያውያን ልጅ መሆኗን በተግባር አስመስክራለች።
በዚህ የዓለማችን ትልቅ የፖለቲካ መድረክ ውስጥ ተሳታፊ ለመሆን ግዳጇን ተወጥታለች።
አሁን ቀሪው ስራ የኛ በዓለም ዙሪያ የምንገኝ ኢትዮጵያዊያን ይሆናል ማለት ነው።

በመሆኑም የሜላት ማሸነፍ የሁሉም ኢትዮጵያዊ አሽናፊነት መሆኑ በፍፁም አያጠራጥርም።

በውድድሩ አሸንፎ ለመውጣት ወሳኝ ከሆኑ ነገሮች አንዱ የፋይናንስ አቅም በመሆኑ በዚህ ጉዳይ ላይ ኢትዮጵያውያን ሁሉ አንድ ሆነን በአንድ ልብ ተነስተን እንደየአቅማችን በማዋጣት በሜላት አማካኝነት ኢትዮጵያ አገራችንን በዓለም መድረክ እናስጠራት።
በመላ ዓለም የምትገኙ ኢትዮጵያውያን ጋዜጠኞች ፣ የማህበራዊ ሚዲያ ተሳታፊዎች እና ተፅእኖ ፈጣሪዎች ሙሉ ትኩረታችሁን የሜላት ምርጫ ላይ በማድረግ እጅ ለእጅ ተያይዘን ኢትዮጵያን ወደ አሜሪካ ኮንግረስ እናስገባት።
