የMIDROC Investment Group ሊቀመንበር ሼክ መሃመድ ሁሴን አል አሙዲ፣ የቡድኑ የሠራተኛ ቁጥር ከአሁኑ 80 ሺህ ወደ 100 ሺህ እስከ 120 ሺህ እንዲያድግ አቅጣጫ መስጠታቸው ተገለጸ።
ይህም በከፍተኛው ግብ ላይ እስከ 40 ሺህ ተጨማሪ የሥራ ዕድሎች ሊፈጠሩ የሚችሉበት የሥራ ማስፋፊያ እቅድ ነው።
አል አሙዲ ይህንን አቅጣጫ የሰጡት ለወጣቶች ሰፊ የሥራ ዕድል መፍጠር ከኢኮኖሚያዊ ጉዳይ ባሻገር ለአገሪቱ ሰላምና መረጋጋት ጠቃሚ መሆኑን በመግለጽ ነው።
“ሚድሮክ የኢትዮጵያ ሕዝብ ድርጅት ነው፤ የኢትዮጵያ መንግሥት ድርጅት ነው” በማለት የገለጹት አል አሙዲ፣ ቡድኑ የመንግሥትን ሀገራዊ የልማት አቅጣጫ በመከተል የልማት ሥራዎቹን በስፋት እንደሚቀጥል አመልክተዋል።
በቀጣይ የMIDROC የሥራ እና የኢንቨስትመንት ትኩረት በግብርና፣ በማኑፋክቸሪንግ፣ በጤና እና በመሠረተ ልማት ዘርፎች ላይ እንዲያደርግም አቅጣጫ ተሰጥቷል። የቡድኑ የሠራተኞች ደመወዝም ከአሁኑ የኑሮ ወጪ ጋር ተመጣጣኝ መሆኑ እንዲገመገም መመሪያ መሰጠቱ ተዘግቧል።
አል አሙዲ በተጨማሪም በቅርብ ወራት ወደ ኢትዮጵያ በመጓዝ የMIDROC ፕሮጀክቶችን እንደሚጎበኙና ከሠራተኞች ጋር በአካል እንደሚገናኙ መግለጻቸውም ተጠቁሟል።
የሠራተኛ ቁጥሩን ከ80 ሺህ ወደ 120 ሺህ ማሳደግ ከተፈጸመ፣ በMIDROC የሚሠሩ ሰዎች ቁጥር በግምት 50 በመቶ የሚደርስ ጭማሪ ያሳያል። የእቅዱ ትክክለኛ የቅጥር ጊዜና የሚፈጠሩት የሥራ መደቦች ዝርዝር ግን በተጠቀሱት ዘገባዎች አልተገለጸም።

በሌላ በኩል መንግሥት የግብርናውን ዘርፍ ማዘመን ላይ ትኩረት ሰጥቶ እየሠራ ይገኛል። ግብርና የሀገራችን ኢኮኖሚ ዋነኛ አከርካሪ እንደመሆኑ መጠን ሀገራችን በምግብ አቅርቦት በራስ እንድትተማመን ለማድረግ የታለሙ የካፒታል ኢንቨስትመንቶች እየተከናወኑ ነው።
በዚህ ረገድ በኢትዮጵያ ሶማሌ ክልል የሚገነባው ግዙፍ የማዳበሪያ ፋብሪካ የዚሁ ጥረት አካል እንደሆነ ይጠቀሳል። ይህ የአፍሪካው ባለሀብት አሊኮ ዳንጎቴ የ2.5 ቢሊዮን ዶላር ኢንቨስትመንት ሲሆን፣ ፕሮጀክቱ ወደ ሥራ ሲገባ በዓመት 3 ሚሊዮን ቶን የዩሪያ ማዳበሪያ የማምረት አቅም ይኖረዋል።
ይህ ታሪካዊ እንቅስቃሴ ሀገራችን ለግብርና ግብአት ከውጭ ለማስገባት የምታወጣውን ከፍተኛ የውጭ ምንዛሪ ሙሉ በሙሉ ለማስቀረት በእጅጉ ይረዳል።

Rural Connectivity: Empowering Communities and Bridging the Digital Divide!
Ethio telecom has successfully completed the first year of its Next Horizon: Digital & Beyond 2028 Strategy, marking significant progress in bridging Ethiopia’s digital divide. At the heart of this strategy is our commitment to inclusive, sustainable and transformative rural connectivity, ensuring that geography, distance and limited access to electricity do not prevent communities from participating in the digital economy.
During the fiscal year, we deployed 195 new rural mobile sites, reaching communities located, on average, 14.3 kilometres from the nearest town and 10.6 kilometres from the nearest existing mobile site. This demonstrates our deliberate focus on connecting Ethiopia’s most remote and underserved areas.
This expansion extended connectivity and digital access to 117 woredas and 492 kebeles and villages, enabling more than 1.53 million people to benefit from reliable communications, digital platforms and inclusive financial services.
To address power limitations in remote areas, we deployed 22 additional Rural Solution sites, specifically designed to serve communities with limited or no access to the national electricity grid. We also significantly expanded our green energy infrastructure, increasing installed solar power capacity from 27 MW to 39.72 MW, an additional 12.72 MW in just one year. This investment strengthens network resilience, reduces dependence on conventional energy sources and advances our environmental sustainability commitments.
Connectivity must also translate into meaningful access to essential services. Through our Rural Agent Project, we onboarded 812 new agents across 17 regions, achieving a 58% active-agent rate and bringing telebirr and other essential digital financial services closer to previously underserved communities. Going forward, we will focus on further improving agent activation, productivity and service availability.
We also advanced the fiberization of rural wireless sites, strengthening network capacity, reliability and service quality while preparing rural communities for growing digital demand.

የማዕከላዊ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል ርዕሰ መስተዳድር እንዳሻው ጣሰው (ዶ/ር) በጉራጌ ዞን እዣ ወረዳ የሚገኘውንና የሀሮት ሪል ስቴት እህት ኩባንያ የሆነውን ቪታ ሳሉቲ ማኑፋክቸሪንግ ኃ/የተ/የግል ማህበር ፋብሪካን በዛሬው ዕለት በይፋ መርቀው ሥራ አስጀምረዋል።
አያይዘውም "ኢንቨስትመንትን በማስፋፋት ለዜጎች የሥራ ዕድል በመፍጠር ረገድ የግል ባለሀብቱ ሚና የላቀ ነው!" ሲሉ አወድሰዋል።
የቪታ ሳሉቲ ማኑፋክቸሪንግ ኃላፊነቱ የተወሰነ የግል ማህበር ፋብሪካ ከ600 ሚሊዮን ብር በላይ በሆነ የካፒታል ወጪ የተገነባ ሲሆን፣ ዘመናዊ ቴክኖሎጂን በመጠቀም የተለያዩ መጠንና ቅርጽ ያላቸው የትቦላሬና የላሜራ ብረት 22 ምርቶችን በከፍተኛ ጥራት የማምረት አቅም አለው።
አቶ ሰኢድ ኑሩ ንግግር "ይህ ፕሮጀክት ከህልም ወደ እውነት፣ ከሀሳብ ወደ ተግባር የተቀየረ ነው። ሀገራት የሚበለጽጉት በተፈጥሮ ሀብታቸው ብቻ ሳይሆን ራዕይን ወደ ተግባር በሚቀይሩ ባለሀብቶችና በሥራ ፈጣሪ ዜጎች ነው!" ብለዋል።
አቶ ሰኢድ አያይዘውም የቪታ ሳሉቲ ማኑፋክቸሪንግ ከህልም ወደ እውነት ከሀሳብ ወደ ተግባር የተቀየረ ለክልሉ ብሎም ለሀገሪቱ ኢኮኖሚ የሚኖረው ድርሻ የላቀ ነው። ከውጭ የሚገቡ ምርቶችን በመተካት የሀገርን የውጭ ምንዛሬ ያድናል ሲሉ አብስረዋል።
ኢንጂነር ናሆም መገርሣ በ5,000 ካሬ ላይ የሚገኘው ፋብሪካ በአሁኑ ወቅት ለ123 ዜጎች ቋሚ የስራ ዕድል የፈጠረ ሲሆን፣ ለበርካታ የአካባቢው ነዋሪዎችም ተዘዋዋሪ የስራ ዕድሎችን በማመቻቸት ለቀጣናው የኢኮኖሚ እድገት የጎላ አስተዋጽኦ ያበረክታል ብለዋል።
የቪታ ሳሉቲ ማኒፋክቸሪንግ ሥራ አስኪያጅ አቶ ዮሴፍ ፋብሪካው በዞኑ የመጀመሪያው የብረት ፋብሪካ መሆኑን አስረድተዋል።
ቪታ ሳሉቲ ማኑፋክቸሪንግ በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ በተለያዩ አካባቢዎች ጥራታቸውን የጠበቁ የመኖሪያ አፓርትመንቶችን በመገንባትና በማስረከብ ከሚታወቀው የሀሮት ሪል እስቴት ጋር እህት ኩባንያ ነው።
ሀሮት ሪል እስቴት በተመጣጣኝ ዋጋ ጥራት ያላቸውን ቤቶች ለህብረተሰቡ በማቅረቡ የኢትዮ ህይ 2025 የሪል እስቴት አዋርድ አሸናፊ መሆኑ ይታወሳል።
የፋብሪካው አመራሮች ለዚህ ስኬት መገኘት የበኩላቸውን አስተዋጽኦ ላበረከቱት የክልልና የዞን የስራ ኃላፊዎች፣ ለወልቂጤ ዩኒቨርሲቲ፣ ለኢትዮጵያ ኤሌክትሪክ አገልግሎት፣ ለቲናው አበባ ልማት አክሲዮን ማህበር፣ ለባለሙያዎች እንዲሁም ለቤተሰቦቻቸው ከልብ የመነጨ ምስጋና አቅርበዋል።
የሀሮት ሪል ስቴት የማርኬቲንግ ኃላፊ ፋንትሽ ሸዋ እንደገለጹት፤ ቪታ ሳሉቲ ማኑፋክቸሪንግ ኃላፊነቱ የተወሰነ የግል ማኅበር የሀሮት ሪል ስቴት እህት ኩባንያ ነው። ተቋሙ ከተመሰረተ 4ኛ ዓመቱን እያከበረ መሆኑን የጠቆሙት ኃላፊዋ፤ ድርጅቱ ለደንበኞቹ በገባው ቃል መሠረት በቦሌ ቡልቡላ ያስገነባቸውን የመኖሪያ ቤቶች በይፋ አስረክቧል።

ሀሮት ሪል ስቴት በተመጣጣኝ ዋጋ ጥራት ያላቸውን ቤቶች ለገበያ በማቅረቡ በፈረንጆቹ 2025 በተካሄደው የኢትዮ ሪል ስቴት ሽልማት መርሃ ግብር ላይ በጥራትና በዋጋ አቅርቦት የአሸናፊነት ክብርን ያገኘ ድርጅት መሆኑ አብራርታለች።
ቪታ ሳሉቲ ማኑፋክቸሪንግ ኃ/የተ/የግል ማኅበር በኢንዱስትሪ፣ በኮንስትራክሽን፣ በሆቴልና በሌሎች የልማት ዘርፎች ላይ ኢንቨስትመንቱን ይበልጥ በማስፋፋት የሀገሪቱን የኢኮኖሚ ጉዞ ለመደገፍ ቁርጠኛ መሆኑን ገልጿል።

የፈረንሳዩ ፕሬዝዳንት ኢማኑኤል ማክሮን በኬንያ ናይሮቢ በተካሄደ የ"Africa Forward" ጉባኤ ላይ፣ ከአፍሪካ አህጉር ጋር ያለውን ግንኙነት በአዲስ መልክ ለመቅረጽ ያለመ የ23 ቢሊዮን ዩሮ (27 ቢሊዮን ዶላር) የኢንቨስትመንት ዕቅድ ይፋ አድርገዋል።

በወርቅ ምርት ዘርፍም ቢሆን ከ2010 እስከ 2017 ባሉት ዓመታት ውስጥ የ1241.4 በመቶ ከፍተኛ የኤክስፖርት ዕድገት መመዝገቡ የሪፎርሙን ውጤታማነት በተጨባጭ ያሳያል። በተጨማሪም በ"ኢትዮጵያ ታምርት" ንቅናቄ አማካኝነት ባለፉት ዘጠኝ ወራት ብቻ 4.85 ቢሊዮን ዶላር የሚያወጡ ከውጭ የሚገቡ ምርቶችን በሀገር ውስጥ መተካት ተችሏል።
ይህ የማዕድንና ኢንዱስትሪ ትስስር ኢትዮጵያ ከውጭ ጥገኝነት እንድትላቀቅና ኢኮኖሚያዊ ሉዓላዊነቷን በጽኑ መሠረት ላይ እንድታቆም እያደረገው ያለውን ዘርፈ ብዙ ለውጥ በዝርዝር ለማንበብ ድረ ገጻችንን ይጎብኙ።
