ሶሎሞን ዘውዱ ዳምጤ በ"Hospitality Executive Leader Excellence Recognition" ዘርፍ በAAHTPA-036 የእጩ መለያ ቁጥር ተወዳዳሪ ሆነው ቀርበዋል።

"ኢትዮጵያ ወደፊት ለመመንጠቅ (to leap) ቆርጣ የተነሳች ሀገር ናት" ሲሉ ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ በንግግራቸው መክፈቻ ላይ ያነሱት ሀሳብ፣ ሀገራችን በዲፕሎማሲው መስክ እያስመዘገበች ያለውን ስኬት ቁልጭ አድርጎ ያሳያል።

እጅግ ተለዋዋጭና በኃያላን ፉክክር በተሞላው የዓለም አቀፍ ፖለቲካ ውስጥ፣ ኢትዮጵያ "የመደመር" እሳቤን በመከተል ፈተናዎችን ወደ ድል እየቀየረች፣ የዓለምን መድረክ በብቃት እየመራች ትገኛለች።

የኢትዮጵያን ዲፕሎማሲ የቀየረው መሠረታዊ የሪፎርም አቅጣጫ፣ የውጭ ግንኙነትን በጥርጣሬና በስጋት ላይ ከተመሠረተ "የህልውና መር" (Survival-driven) አካሄድ አውጥቶ፣ ትብብርንና የጋራ ተጠቃሚነትን ወደሚያስቀድም "የልዕልና መር" (Excellence-driven) አቅጣጫ ማሸጋገሩ ነው።

በዚህ የሪፎርም አቅጣጫ ከተመዘገቡት ታላላቅ የዲፕሎማሲ ድሎች መካከል፣ የኢትዮጵያ የBRICS (ብሪክስ) ሙሉ አባል መሆን በግንባር ቀደምትነት ይጠቀሳል። ከ40 በላይ አገራት ለአባልነት በጠየቁበት መድረክ ተመራጭ መሆን መቻላችን፣ ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ እንዳሉት ኢትዮጵያ "ዝቅተኛ ግምቶችን ሰብራ" እንደምትነሳ ያሳየ ታሪካዊ እምርታ ነው።

ይህ አባልነት ለሀገራችን ሰፊ የኢንቨስትመንትና የገበያ ዕድል የፈጠረ የዲፕሎማሲ ብስለት ማሳያ ነው።

ሁለተኛው ታላቅ ድል፣ የሕዳሴ ግድብን በስኬት ማጠናቀቅ እና የአባይ ወንዝ የትብብር ማዕቀፍ ስምምነትን (CFA) ወደ ሥራ ማስገባት ነው።

ጉዳዩን ወደ ተ.መ.ድ. የጸጥታው ምክር ቤት በመውሰድ አገራችንን ምክንያታዊ ላልሆነ ጫና ሲዳርግ የነበረውን እንቅስቃሴ፣ "ለአፍሪካዊ ችግር አፍሪካዊ መፍትሔ" በሚል መርህ በዲፕሎማሲያዊ ጥበብ መመከት ተችሏል።

ይህ ስኬት ኢትዮጵያ የመበልጸግ ፍላጎቷ ፊት የሚቆም ማናቸውንም ኃይል እንደማትታገስ ግልጽ መልዕክት ያስተላለፈ፣ "የአፍሪካ ራሷን የመቻል ምልክት" ሆኖ የተመዘገበ ነው።

በተጨማሪም የባሕር በር ባለቤትነትና ተጠቃሚነት አጀንዳን ከተዳፈነበት በማውጣት፣ ኢትዮጵያ ከነበረችበት የጂኦ-ስትራተጂካዊ ጥገኝነት እንድትወጣና የዓለም አቀፉ ማኅበረሰብ ለፍትሐዊ ጥያቄዋ እውቅና እንዲሰጥ ማድረግ ተችሏል።

በ"ዜጋ ተኮር ዲፕሎማሲ" ደግሞ፣ በመካከለኛው ምስራቅና አውሮፓ ካሉ በርካታ ሀገራት ጋር የሥራ ስምሪት ስምምነቶችን በመፈረም፣ ለዜጎቻችን ሰፊ የሥራ ዕድል መፍጠርና በአስቸጋሪ ሁኔታ ውስጥ የነበሩ ከ500 ሺህ በላይ ዜጎችን ወደ ሀገራቸው በክብር መመለስ ተችሏል።

በአረንጓዴ አሻራ ባስመዘገብነው ውጤት COP32ን ለማዘጋጀት መመረጣችን፣ እንዲሁም ለሱዳን እና ደቡብ ሱዳን ሰላም የሰራነው አኩሪ የሽምግልና ሥራ፣ ኢትዮጵያ የአፍሪካ የሰላምና የዲፕሎማሲ ማዕከልነቷን እንዳጸናች ያሳያል።

በእርግጥም ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ እንዳሉት "ከለውጡ በስተጀርባ የዜጎች ሕይወት እየተቀየረ ነው"፤ ይህ የኢትዮጵያ ስኬታማ ዲፕሎማሲም ሀገራችንን ወደ አዲስ የብልጽግና ከፍታ የሚያሸጋግራት ኃያል ክንድ ሆኗል!
