ያለ በረራ ፈቃድ ለ17 ዓመታት አውሮፕላን ሲያበር የነበረው ካፒቴን ክስ ተመሰረተበት

አንድ የቀድሞ የኤር ካናዳ (Air Canada) አውሮፕላን አብራሪ ለዓመታት ተገቢው ፈቃድ ሳይኖረው በካፒቴንነት ሲያበር በመቆየቱ በቁጥጥር ስር ውሎ ክስ እንደተመሰረተበት የካናዳ ፖሊስ አስታወቀ።

የኦንታሪዮ ግዛት ነዋሪ የሆነው ጄፍሪ ዎል (Geoffrey Wall) የተባለው የ59 ዓመት ግለሰብ ከፈረንጆቹ 2009 እስከ 2025 ባሉት 17 ዓመታት ውስጥ ትላልቅ የንግድ የመንገደኞች አውሮፕላኖችን ለማሽከርከር የሚያስችለው ህጋዊ ፈቃድ ሳይኖረው በካፒቴንነት ሲሰራ መቆየቱን የፒል ክልላዊ ፖሊስ ገልጿል።

በዚህ የፈረቃ ዘመኑም ከ900 በላይ የአገር ውስጥና ዓለም አቀፍ በረራዎችን ማድረጉ ታውቋል።

የፖሊስ ምክትል አዛዥ ኒክ ሚሊኖቪች እንደገለጹት ግለሰቡ የተጭበረበሩ የፈቃድ ሰነዶችን በመጠቀም ቀጣሪውን ተቋምና ተቆጣጣሪ አካላትን ሲያታልል ቆይቷል።

አዛዡ ሁኔታውን ሲያስረዱ "ይህ ድርጊት ልክ የቤተሰብ ህክምና ለመስጠት ፈቃድ ያለው ሐኪም በራሱ ቢሮ ውስጥ የጭንቅላት ቀዶ ጥገና እንደማድረግ ያህል ነው" ብለዋል።

ኤር ካናዳ በበኩሉ ባደረገው ማረጋገጫ ግለሰቡ የንግድ አውሮፕላን አብራሪነት ፈቃድ የነበረው ቢሆንም የትራንስፖርት አውሮፕላን አብራሪነት (Airline Transport Pilot License) ፈቃድ ሳይኖረው በተሳሳተ መንገድ ወደ ካፒቴንነት ማዕረግ ማደጉን አምኗል።

ጉዳዩ በሰነድ ፍተሻ ወቅት በታዩ ጉድለቶች ይፋ መሆኑንና ለተቆጣጣሪው አካል ሪፖርት መደረጉን ተቋሙ ገልጿል።

አየር መንገዱ አብራሪው ከስራው መታገዱንና በአሁኑ ወቅት የድርጅቱ ሰራተኛ እንዳልሆነ የገለጸ ሲሆን በበረራዎች ደህንነት ላይ የደረሰ ምንም ዓይነት አደጋ አለመኖሩንና በሌሎች አብራሪዎች ላይ በተደረገ ድንገተኛ ፍተሻም መሰል ችግር እንዳልተገኘ አስታውቋል።

ይህ አዲስ አሠራር በሲዳማ ክልል ዋና ከተማ የተዘረጋው ከሀገር ውስጥ ድርጅቶች ማለትም ከኤልና ትሬዲንግ እና ከኮንትራስት ትሬዲንግ ጋር በመተባበር ሲሆን፣ ዓላማውም በከተማዋ ያለውን የትራንስፖርት ሥርዓት ማዘመንና ማቀላጠፍ ነው።

በአዲሱ መተግበሪያ ላይ ባጃጅ፣ ባለ አራት እግር ባጃጅ እና የሞተር ሳይክል አገልግሎቶች የተካተቱ ሲሆን፣ ተሳፋሪዎች በመጀመሪያዎቹ ሦስት ጉዞዎቻቸው የ30 በመቶ ቅናሽ ያገኛሉ።

አገልግሎቱ በሁለት የታሪፍ ክፍሎች የሚሰጥ ሲሆን፣ ተጠቃሚዎች የጉዞ ዋጋውን አስቀድመው ማወቅ ስለሚችሉ ከመንገድ ላይ መኪና ከማስቆም የተሻለና አስተማማኝ አማራጭ ይሆንላቸዋል።

የባጃጅ ታሪፍ ባለ ሦስትና ባለ አራት እግር ተሽከርካሪዎችን የሚያካትት ሲሆን፣ የሞቶ ታሪፍ ደግሞ ፈጣን እንቅስቃሴ ለሚፈልጉ ተሳፋሪዎች የተዘጋጀ ነው።

ይህ የቴክኖሎጂ ፕላትፎርም ለአሽከርካሪዎችም ሰፊ የሥራ ዕድል ይዞ መጥቷል።

የያንጎ የጉዞ ማዛመጃ ዘዴ አሽከርካሪዎችን በአቅራቢያቸው ከሚገኙ ተሳፋሪዎች ጋር በቀጥታ የሚያገናኝ በመሆኑ፣ ያለሥራ የሚቆዩበትን ጊዜ በመቀነስ ዕለታዊ ገቢያቸውን እንዲያሳድጉ ይረዳቸዋል።

ከተሽከርካሪ አሽከርካሪዎች መካከል ዳዊት ይድነቃቸው እንደገለጸው፣ መተግበሪያውን መጠቀም ከጀመረ ወዲህ ደንበኞችን በቀላሉ ማግኘት እንደቻለና የሥራ ሂደቱ እንደተቀየረለት ገልጿል።

ከ560 ሺህ በላይ ሕዝብ ያላትና በንግድና ቱሪዝም ዘርፍ በፍጥነት እያደገች የምትገኘው ሐዋሳ፣ ያንጎ ከአዲስ አበባ ውጪ አገልግሎቱን ያስፋፋባት የመጀመሪያዋ ከተማ ሆናለች።

የያንጎ ኢትዮጵያ ሥራ አስኪያጅ ዶክተር የቀናዓለም አበበ እንደተናገሩት፣ የኩባንያው ዋና ዓላማ እያንዳንዱን የከተማ ጉዞ ለተሳፋሪዎች ምቹ ማድረግና ለአጋር አሽከርካሪዎች ደግሞ የተሻለ ጥቅም ማስገኘት ነው።

“የመንገድ ሶልዩሽን ያዘመነው አዲስ የትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት ካርድ በመጠቀም አውቶብስ መሳፈር የሚያስችል ዘመናዊና ያደጉት ሀገሮች የሚጠቀሙበት አዲስ አሰራር ለተጠቃሚዎች ይፋ አደረገ።

ሀገራችን በተለይ መዲናችን አዲስ አበባ በትራንስፖርትዘርፍ በኩል እጅግ ፈጣንና የላቀ እድገት እያሳየች ትገኛለች፡፡ ከቅርብ ጊዜያት ወዲህ የትራንስፖርት አገልግሎትን የኤሌክትሪክ አውቶቢሶች አሰጣጡንበቴክኖሎጂ ታጅቦ ዘመናዊ ያደረገው በመንገድ ሶሉሽንየቀረበው “መንገድ” የተሰኘ አዲስ ሲስተም እየዘመነች ላለችውአዲስ አበባ የሚመጥን አዲስ ቴክኖሎጂ በዕቅድና በጥናት ላይተመስርቶ እውን ያደረገው ሲሆን ወደ ተግባር ሲገባም በመጀመሪያ “ቅድሚያ ለታላላቆች” በሚል ለ1500 አረጋዊያን 100 (በአንድ መቶ ብር/ የተሞሉ የቅድሚያ ክፍያ መጓጓዣ ካርዶቹን በነጻ በመስጠት ሥራውን ማስጀመሩ በራሱ ተቋሙንማህበራዊ ኃላፊነትን ከመወጣት አንርፃር ለሌሎችም አርአያየሚያደርገው እንደሆነ ተገልጿል ።

ይህ የመንገድ ሶሉዩሽን አዲስ ዲጂታላይዝድ ሲስተም ሁሉም ዜጐች /መንገደኞች/ በቀላሉና በተቀላጠፈ ሁኔታ በትራንስፖርት ካርድ አገልግሎቱን እንዲጠቀሙ የሚያስችል ሲሆን ይህም አገልግሎት በአደጉ አገራት እየተሰራበት ያለ ሲስተም እንደመሆኑ መጠን መዲናችን አዲስ አበባን ከስመጥር የዓለማችን ከተማዎች እኩል በፍጥነት መራመድ እንድትችል ያድርጋታል ተብሏል ።

መንገድ ሶልዩሽን እነዚህን የትራንስፖርት ካርዶች ለህብረተሰቡ በሰፊው ማቅረብ የጀመረ ሲሆን፣ ካርዱን ለመግዛትና በፈለጉት መጠን ሞልቶ ለመጠቀም እንዲሁም የተጠቀሙበትን ካርድ መልሰው ለመሙላት ሲፈልጉ በቦሌና በሜክሲኮ ተርሚናል እና በሁሉም የቬሎሲቲ አውቶብሶችውስጥ በቀላሉ ማግኘት ይቻላል፡፡

የመንገድ የትራንስፖርት ካርድን ሲይዙ ቫሊዴተር ማሽን በማስነካት ክፍያዎትንፈፅመው ቀሪ ሂሳቦትንም ተመልክተው ይጓዛሉ፡፡ትኬትለመቁረጥና ዝርዝር መልስ ለመቀበል የሚወስድቦትን ጊዜ ይቆጥባሉ ገንዘቦትን በአግባቡ ቆጥበው ይጠቀማሉ፡፡
እነዚህ የኤሌክትሪክ አውቶብሶች ከዚህ በፊት ሲጠቀሙባቸው ከነበሩ የዲጂታል ፖስ ማሽን የትኬት አሰራርበተጨማሪ በመንገድ የትራንስፖርት ካርድ እንዲሁም በቅርቡ ደግሞ በስማርት ፎን አማካይነት ክፍያዎን መፈፀምናመንገደኞች የተለያዩ አማራጮችን ተጠቅመው አገልግሎትእንዲያገኙ እያደረገ ይገኛል፡፡ ይህም አገልግሎት ITS (Intelligent transportation system) እና FCS (Fair Collection System) በተሰኘእጅግ የተራቀቁ ዘመናዊ መተግበሪያዎች ያሉት ነው፡፡ ይህ አገልግሎት በመንገድ ሶሉዩሽን በሀገራችንኢትዮጵያ የተመረተ ነው፡፡

“ህይወት በአብያተ መንግስት” የቀደምት ንጉሳዉያንን አኗኗር፣ አለባበስና ይከተሏቸው የነበረ ትውፊቶችንና ክዋኔዎችን ለጎብኚዎች የሚያስቃኘው ቋሚ ትእይንት በጎንደር አብያተ-መንግስታት ጊቢ ውስጥ ዛሬ አስጀምረናል።

በእድሜ ብዛትና በተለያዩ ምክንያቶች አደጋ ተጋርጦበት የነበረው የጎንደር አብያተ-መንግስታት ጊቢ በጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዐቢይ አሕመድ (ዶ/ር) አማካኝነት ታድሶ ለትውልድ ማስተላለፍ መቻሉ ትልቅ ስጦታ ነው።

ይህንን የአለም ቅርስ ደግሞ በጥንታዊ ክዋኔዎች አድምቆ ጎብኚዎች በስፍራው ረዘም ያለ ቆይታና አይረሴ ጊዜ እንዲያሳልፉ ማድረግ ነው የ"ህይወት በአብያተ መንግስት" ትዕይንት አላማ።

ትዕይንቱ ከ300 በላይ ወጣትና አንጋፋዎችን በማሳተፉ ተጨማሪ የስራ እድልን መፍጠርም አስችሏል።

ይህ ለማሳያነት በጎንደር የጀመርነው ታሪክን ነብስ ዘርቶ የማቅረብ ስራ በሌሎችም ጥንታዊ አብያተ መንግስታት ለማስፋት እንሰራለን።
