የኢትዮጵያ መንግሥት የአገሪቱን የአደጋ መከላከል አቅም በራስ አቅም ለመገንባት ባወጣው አዲስ ደንብ መሠረት፣ በቴሌኮም የድምፅና የዳታ አየር ሰዓት ሽያጭ ላይ የ5 በመቶ ክፍያ እንዲሰበሰብ መወሰኑ ይታወሳል። ይህ ውሳኔ ከየካቲት ወር 2018 ዓ.ም. ጀምሮ በሁለቱም ኦፕሬተሮች በኩል ተግባራዊ መደረግ ጀምሯል።
ቁልፍ ነጥቦች፡-
ተፈፃሚነት፦ በድምፅ (Voice) እና በዳታ (Data) አየር ሰዓት ግዢ ላይ 5 በመቶ ተቀናሽ ተደርጎ ለአገራዊ የአደጋ ሥጋት ምላሽ ፈንድ ጽሕፈት ቤት ገቢ ይደረጋል።

ኢትዮ ቴሌኮም በአገልግሎቶቹ ላይ የታሪፍ ማሻሻያ ማድረጉን አስታወቀ
ኢትዮ ቴሌኮም ወቅታዊውን የሀገሪቱን የማክሮ ኢኮኖሚ ሁኔታ ታሳቢ ያደረገ እና በአማካይ የ23 በመቶ የዋጋ ማስተካከያ ማድረጉን በዛሬው ዕለት ይፋ አድርጓል። ተቋሙ ማሻሻያውን ያደረገው የአገልግሎት ጥራትን በዘላቂነት ለማስጠበቅና የቴክኖሎጂ አቅሙን ለማሳደግ መሆኑን ገልጿል።
የታሪፍ ማሻሻያው ዋና ዋና ነጥቦች፦
✅ የ20% የቴሌብር ቅናሽ ስጦታ፦ በቴሌብር (telebirr) ጥቅል ለሚገዙ ደንበኞች ቀደም ሲል የነበረው የ10% ቅናሽ ወደ 20% ከፍ እንዲል ተደርጓል።
✅ ዋጋቸው ያልተቀየሩ ጥቅሎች፦ በርካታ ደንበኞች ዘንድ ተመራጭ የሆኑ 38 የተለያዩ ጥቅሎች ላይ ምንም ዓይነት የዋጋ ጭማሪ አልተደረገም።
